Today I have sanctioned loan amount 504999.00 but amount paid to my account 490820.0 so i want to cancel my loan and withdraw amount from my account.

As discussed with representative from Bajaj finance before application they tell only processing fee applicable but they add two more charges

I was offered for a personal loan of Rs 4400000 at 0% interest from an existing Bajaj Finance employee named RAJESH JAIN based in New Delhi. In return i was asked to make a Policy of Rs 200000 from Bharti AXA introduced 2 person from Bharti AXA. On the direction of RAJESH JAIN, 2 Policies each ofamount Rs 100000 was made. As promised, I would get the Loan amount credited within 15-20 days from Policy making date. The Policy payment was done on August 24, 2021 but till date NOTHING is done as promised. The person, RAJESH JAIN now does NOT receive my calls for the past 2 months. Contact Nos of Rajesh Jain :[protected] & [protected].

Daily i'm getting around 10-15 calls from the Bajaj Finance, it makes me more distress and i not able to attend the Important calls, In future i never invest any plans in Bajaj Finance so please stop calling to my mobile.

I am seeing an unauthorized debit transaction of Rs.117 from my SBI account with a description "DEBIT CMP MANDATE DEBIT Bajaj Finance Ltd. - DD". I appears that Bajaj Finance is debiting my account for sometime. I do not recognize this transaction and I have not approved this debit transaction, and I do not have any active accounts with Bajaj Finance that approves the transaction. I kindly request to take a look into this matter, and resolve as soon as possible. Also please return all the amount that is deducted from account from Bajaj Finance for this transaction and remove my personal account details from Bajaj Finance immediately.

Updated by Lenin1 Currently, I can access only last 3 years of statements – and looks like this transaction is happening for some time. I demand for for a full refund of all the authorized Bajaj Finance debits that happened in account.

This is regarding checking the authenticity of the offer made using the name of Bajaj Finance. I have received a call from Sachin Bhatnagar, Rohit, and Payal for the loan. The numbers from which the calls were received - [protected], +91 [protected], [protected]. They have explained to me that the company is going to involve in the banking business and save taxes, therefore they are offering loans against insurance policy to some selected customers. As soon as payment for the insurance policy is made, they will start the process of the loan within 10-15 days. I have not yet made any payment. But reading complaints raised by many, I am worried about this.

Therefore, can anybody from Bharti Axa or Bajaj Finance please confirm the genuineness of the offer made? I have a policy quotation with me.

It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, I am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else I will be forced to take action against Bajaj Finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

Bajaj finance company is misusing previously provided mandate forms and deducting money from personal savings account. We have provided the mandate 5years ago while purchasing a home appliances from reliance and paid respective EMI with in the time. For some reason without giving any intimation 117/- rupees got deducted from the personal account. We want proper justification on this from the company. Nach mandate form should have a validity and you cannot deduct money when ever you want it. Today it is small amount, what if it is going to be big amount in future. There should be strict guidelines should pass to Bajaj company on this.

Bajaj Finance charged me Rs.4999 as a Credit Vidya fee on my loan account. I am not aware of this and Bajaj Finance never told me about this before taking the loan and now also I am not aware of it. I come to know about this after seeing my statement.

Before agreeing to the loan I had asked multiple times about charges being applied for the loan and Bajaj Finance representative never told me about CREDIT VIDYA FEES, he said that other than the processing fee Bajaj Finance will not charge any amount, this is charged without my consent.
