I had submitted my request to activate DND service in the past. But it is the regular practice of Bajaj Finance reps to call everyday 2 to 3 times .Till now I have blocked 25 nos of this company but every day I have to get calls from other landline no from this firm in spite of regular reminder of not to call me and I have no requirement of any loan from your firm. These calls also hamper my day to day work and some times I get calls when I am driving. Please get DND service activated from this firm or else I may be forced to file a case with third party forum.

I have been receiving 2-3 calls from Bajaj Finance in a day and on daily basis. After asking the caller 3-4 times to remove my contact details from the software OR record, still i am getting the calls. I think i should raise the police complaint against bajaj finance for continuously calling me without my permission.
It is very disappointing that, the company employees do not have manners to talk and they have started arguing why it is important that they should keep calling us for loan on daily basis.
I hope the company will look into it or else i do not have any other option to look into it through legal way.

    Hello sir i recive a call from bajaj finserv . They told me .you are selectd coustomer so you can upgrade your emi card to elite emi card. And they told me you can purchase any product nocost emi offline or online. 24 month emi.no intrest you pay just2999
    I paid 2999. Then my old card blocked and I get new card but now I checked online but I don't get any product 24month emi. After I called coustomer care they don't find a solution. They are cheating pepole

          I am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account.

          Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this amount.

          I have nothing pending with bajaj finserv.

          I expect the amount to be credited to my SBI saving account immediately with proper explanation from your end.

            Bajaj has come up a new rule of deducting without any communication or informing to me . For what an amount of rs 1180?- has been deducted from my account yesterday and i had raised a complaint to them as well. It is not right we are struggling with jobs due to lock down no salaries or may be half salary with which it is not possible to run a family and these people are deducting as they wish without even informing to the customer. Nach mandate given by a customer is not your private property that when you feel you can deduct amount. Please refund the amount back at any cost. Single penny is very important for us at this time.

                              I found that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance.
                              Without my concern how did they deducted the money from my account. I have no dues with them and Clear all the EMI long time back.
                              It is to be noted that I have no EMI Card and I have never applied for any EMI card and even if it is issued I have never received it till now.
                              So, I need my money be refunded

                                      Dear Support,

                                      I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-with any information. Because of the loan we provide you with all our bank details it doesn't mean that whenever you want you can make online transactions.

                                      So I request the bajaj team please refund my amount as soon as possible.
