Dear bajaj team,

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that I have not purchase anything since 2020 in EMI but bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-without any information in 14 september 2021.
Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.

My humble request with bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes.
I have no faith for future so I am going to close my relation with this kind of bajaj service.

I am MANOJ GOWTHAM S, I have RBL platinum credit card, without my knowledge your bank put the shield insurance Rs.12000/- on my name. And also premium 600 debited without my knowledge, I would not submit any form or document to apply this insurance. I don't like to pay the insurance amount please cancel this insurance and refund my amount to my card. For further contact me.

After a long period when we are getting on track regarding our jobs and finance, where Bajaj Finance is debiting amount from our bank without customer permission on mail or even on sms. Today the amount of Rs 117 has been deducted from my account for no reason. The deducted amount by "Bajaj Finance — cmp mandate debit bajaj finance dd". I financed a laptop from Bajaj and my first emi has been deducted from my account on time now after 12 days of my first EMI completion, Bajaj Finance has deducted Rs 117 more from my account. It is not right we are struggling with jobs after lockdown with half salary, which it is not possible to run a family and these people are deducting as they wish without even informing to the customer. Refund my amount back immediately. For me single rupees is very import.

Getting harassment calls daily from past 3 months from bajaj finserv, bajaj finance for various products including home loan personal loan even though i have not opted for it, please help there is no DND option or email address provided on their website and doesnt work.

So the amount of ₹1356 is being debited from my
SBI account sins 2/7/20 I've read others complaints about this problem but most of the had rupees 170-ish amount debited from their account my mine is much larger sum. So plz help about this problem

i am receiving phone call continuously from person claiming as employ of bajaj finance malad office and promising me to get rs 12 lakh lone at 0% interest rate in 13-14 days. simply buy life policy of Axa life or hdfc for 12 years and pay one lakh per year. they will mortgage the papers and disburse the lone toward me by cheque or neft. once i was asking for hard copy of documents on this proposal. which they are not able...

Getting calls daily from past 2-3 years from bajaj finance/finserv for loans and I still do not want your loans. I have blocked more than 200 numbers still you call. Is there no shame to you guys!! If after so many years I am not taking loan that means you are barking up the wrong window.. god help you ! There's something called as financial analytics that your company need to work upon to see who can be your customer rather than cold calling anyone. The worst part is even after so many years your company does not learn. Stop this harrassmnet now.

Even though I have opted for DND. Daily receiving calls from Bajaj finance. This is a bit too much and I would request to stop this. Don't know Bajaj Finance follow TRAI rules? These calls making me frustrating and not to buy any product related to Bajaj.

My 885 rupees got cheatingly deducted three times through my bank bank of india by bajaj finserv company . Bajaj says NACH RTN charges are done by the bank but the bank said they charged it and return it to bajaj finance . This is my hard earned money . Please return my money . Bajaj hit my bank account three times due to insufficient balance . How can they hit it three times . Please return my money...

Today call me bajaj executive she directy said payment kru ..hje tkk payment kyu kiti tenu pta ni lgda payment krni...whats is that...firstly check my bank balance ...thats not my fault if bajaj can't autodebit my installment...or anyway if she polity said sir your payment is not debit then i definetely with in 1 min pay it...but this girl misbehave me ..i cant accept it..i compliant consumer for her..

I have recently received a whatapp chat from Bajaj collection executive to pay the cheque bounce charges levied (During Moratorium period) on my housing loan. I had financial loss and my spouse lost her job during that period which lead to requesting of Moratorium. However, during that period i had received a call from executive to may payment to avoid any additional charge and we agreed on making payment aganist my top-up loans and i requested few days of time to arrange the cash and made that payment.

Now after an year, i received another chat to make payment of almost an EMI due to cheque bounce charge for the top-up EMI that i missed to pay on time (due to the payment made my moratorium was not approved). And the the collection executive is now threatening me to make the payment as the company is so big and can do anything if i dont make the payment.

These are my top-up loans numbers with Bajaj HL - H415HLT0221178
and H415HLT0231738.

I kindly request to guide me appropriately

Mandate Fail charge of 295 refund in my account this charge please SBI and Bajaj finance customer care

Even if I have blocked dozens of number for loan, still I get stupid automated calls from mobile number.
Please remove my number and don't call me ever again for loan. [protected]
