On 27 July Bajaj finserv has deducted Rs.2000 from my sbi account in the name of CMP mandate ... I'm clearing my all EMI te to time so why this thing they are doing ... This type of fraud Bajaj finserv should stop... as I go through everyone review so many people's had faced this typical thing... I want to say I just want my money refunded back to my account..

Ref to the above subject Bajaj Business loan. I would like to inform you that we have takin loan in the month of Sep2019 and returned the amount in the month of November.

After one year Bajaj Finance measenging us to pay the emi for the balance ₹121K. Bajaj Finance repeestative ask us to pay the amount to close the account which we paid Rs.274, 455/ in the month of nunber 2019 ans sent the screen short the Bajaj Finance representative in return he said OK. All the screen shorts of correspondence sent to Bajaj a finance. We have followed up with for the clearance certificate which he never replied. Bajaj Finance is torturing us for the payment which we already return to them in 2019. It is there mistake for not adjusting the amount in the system. Now, after One year they got from there sleep and asking us to pay the EMI ?? the amount which paid there saying it is adjusted against future EMI. How can that be possible ??? Why they have not inform us about the payment is there was any balance payment in 2019 it self ?? Why they have waited for one year ??

This is too much torture to us and we must have compensate from Bajaj finance for mental torture along with Clearance certificate.

Pls look in to this matter at earliest.

Without any approval, how can you deduct money from someone's account? without any information. I don't have any loan with bajaj auto finance, then too certain amount was deducted from my account.

I transferred by Home Loan to Bajaj Finance 4 years back and the ROI was 9%. Recently I have visited the office and submitted the request for reducing the ROI for my Home Loan. 2 weeks later, got a mail from Bajaj Finance that the loan is linked to BHFL FRR. I got an SMS from the bank (Your a/c has a debit by transfer of rs.117/-on 10th July 2021). We brought a fridge on EMI in 2019 and it deducts from my account, with no due we paid the whole amount. And then why such a deduction? I didn't know what for this. How can you deduct money from our account without any notification, we give our whole bank details to you which doesn't mean that you can make money from that whenever you want. So I want a refund of the amount 117 or I will go for the further procedure. Even the EMI tenure, is finished you are not allowed to take money from my account.

Bajaj finance deducting 117 every year without my consent i have raised this issue several times but no response kindly help

I am nishad mohammed n. I dont have any pending funds or EMI with BAJAJ finance. as i am in dubai i cant able to take any loan from them. on 12 july 2021 a Rupees of 117/- debited from my account without my knowledge. i raised 2 complaints[protected],[protected] in state bank of india. they closed the complaints without seeing any solution and i dont know why bajaj finance debiting from my account.

I just noticed that 117 Rs are getting deducted from my account to DEBIT-CMP MANDATE DEBIT Bajaj Finance Ltd.- without any notice. This transaction is happening every year in the same month. Why is it so? Why are they charging the account yearly when we have completed all the EMIs in the past?

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 699- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that on JUN2021i purchase mobile under 9 months emi scheme and and i paid last emi in june 2021 after 6 months of settling the emis and all. Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 699-with any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for bajaj emi card also almost a year completed still i didn't get the emi card also.
My humble request with bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes.

I am getting unwanted calls from Bajaj finance to take personal loan. In spite of repeated requests to delete my number they are still calling and irritating me. Stop calling me for personal loans. I am not interested. Delete my number - [protected]from your list.

I am receiving daily around 5-6 calls from Bajaj finance for loan .. where I have clearly mentioning loan not required even though I am still receiving calls. I have raised a complaint to bajaj finance. But still there is no change in calls.

I would like to inform that Bajaj Finance has been deducting Rs. 117/- quarterly on 12.03.21, and again on 12.07.21. Reason is unknown. We have paid all loans before. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team to refund the amount immediately and not make such type of transaction in future.

I observed an unauthorised ECS debit on my savings account of Rs 117 by Bajaj Finance. I have not taken any product through Bajaj finance for years, nor Did I gave any approvals for deduction. Hence I want to get my money refunded as well as pose a fine to Bajaj for unnecessary and unauthorised deduction.
