Bajaj finance deducting 117 every year without my consent i have raised this issue several times but no response kindly help

One week back, I got an SMS from the bank (Your a/c has a debit by transfer of rs.117/-on 12th July 2021). We brought a A/C and LED on EMI in 2016 and it deducts from my account, with no due we paid the whole amount. And then why such a deduction? I didn't know what for this. How can you deduct money from our account without any notification, yeah we give our whole bank details to you which doesn't mean that you can make money from that whenever you want. So I want a refund of the amount 117 or I will go for the further procedure. Even the EMI tenure, is finished you are not allowed to take money from my account.

I want the deducted money in my account as soon as possible .

I am nishad mohammed n. I dont have any pending funds or EMI with BAJAJ finance. as i am in dubai i cant able to take any loan from them. on 12 july 2021 a Rupees of 117/- debited from my account without my knowledge. i raised 2 complaints[protected],[protected] in state bank of india. they closed the complaints without seeing any solution and i dont know why bajaj finance debiting from my account.

I just noticed that 117 Rs are getting deducted from my account to DEBIT-CMP MANDATE DEBIT Bajaj Finance Ltd.- without any notice. This transaction is happening every year in the same month. Why is it so? Why are they charging the account yearly when we have completed all the EMIs in the past?

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 699- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that on JUN2021i purchase mobile under 9 months emi scheme and and i paid last emi in june 2021 after 6 months of settling the emis and all. Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 699-with any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for bajaj emi card also almost a year completed still i didn't get the emi card also.
My humble request with bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes.

I am getting unwanted calls from Bajaj finance to take personal loan. In spite of repeated requests to delete my number they are still calling and irritating me. Stop calling me for personal loans. I am not interested. Delete my number - [protected]from your list.

I am receiving daily around 5-6 calls from Bajaj finance for loan .. where I have clearly mentioning loan not required even though I am still receiving calls. I have raised a complaint to bajaj finance. But still there is no change in calls.

I noticed that in my SBI account statement Rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that Bajaj Finance has been deducting Rs. 117/- quarterly on 12.03.21, and again on 12.07.21. Reason is unknown. We have paid all loans before. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team to refund the amount immediately and not make such type of transaction in future.

I have taken emi loan from bajaj finance 3 years ago and amount has been cleared long back. I don't know why they have cut 117 from my account. @bajaj finance team please refund my money back to me and please block my emi card i[censored] are gonna charge money for no reason.

I observed an unauthorised ECS debit on my savings account of Rs 117 by Bajaj Finance. I have not taken any product through Bajaj finance for years, nor Did I gave any approvals for deduction. Hence I want to get my money refunded as well as pose a fine to Bajaj for unnecessary and unauthorised deduction.

This loan was taken by Mr. Milind Desai and post his death was settled by the family, we have everything covered on the email but inspite of the closure every 3 months there are multiple calls on the family members cellphones trying to harass, its highly disturbing to hear things about a ceased member and this is all due to their lack of data updation.

Wish to sue this company for harassment.
They infact owe us an amount that was to be obtained as per the insurance cover.

But all we asked was to leave us without the harassment.
Pls help to sue this company who has no ethic whatsoever and is just formed to harass people.

I Have A Personal Loan With Bajaj Finance, As There Office People Failed To Register My Mandate Thrice, Then Soon After That Lockdown Was Imposed I Couldn't Travel To Their Office And I Wasn't Informed That My Mandate Is Registered Or No, Fearing Of Due Charges From April Itself I'm Paying Emi's On Every 1st Using Online Payment Option, But In June They Call Me And Tell That You Didn't Pay Emi, I Said I Have Paid I Have The Statement, Then They That If You Had To Pay Emi In Advance Then You Had To Come Office And Then Pay, I Said It Was Lockdown How Could I Travel And Why Was I Informed Late As This Is The Payment Method Since Three Months, Since June To Now I Have Received 100+ Calls Including Automated One, Their Branch Manager Calls Me And Abuses Me And Warns Me Of Harm If I Come To Office, This Incident Put Me In A Trauma Now Iam Having Hypertension Issues And Till Now The Issue Is Unresolved I Have All The Proofs With Me.

From my sbi account no [protected] an amount of rs. 117/- have been deducted through cmp mandate which is unusual. Pl. return my money to my account at once or I will take-up the matter to to other competent channel.

Deduction of ₹117 from my account for cmp mandate debit bajaj finance

13/07/2021 on this date 117/- was deducted from my account through Debit mandate towards BAJAJ FINEMI but this is completely not at all acceptable bcoz with out prior information how can they deduct the amount from my account. Bajaj finance losing the customers trust by doing this fraud things.😡😡😡

A amount of Rs 117/= was deducted from my account without any reasons and approvals from me. It is a crime and cheating.

Today I have noticed a transaction through my account done by Bajaj Finance without my prior information. Approx. 3 years ago I have purchased an AC through their card. but after that, no transaction is done from their card.

today they have deducted the amount without any prior information. I want my money back.
