I have withdrawn rs. 250000-/- on 30/03 from bajaj finace flexi laon, but still today i didnt get money in my bob account no . I have calledso many times and emailed also so many times but bajaj finanace executive doesnt resolve my issue since last 9 days. They used to say me its in under process

Hi, I'm a humbled customer of Bajaj. I took a loan of 96000 2 years back. For today I.E 6th April 2021 I paid 22 EMI's of 4423 every month. In total 92000 and now when I'm trying to foreclose my loan it is asking for 117000 which is more than what I took as a loan. As a result I became a victim of bankruptcy and now I'm willing to close my loan.. So please kindly settle my account with a bit even foreclosure amount. Please kindly look into my request.. I'm not able to make payments anymore.. All I'm asking is for settlement of the loan with a lesser amount but the customer service ridiculous. Please help me clear the loan with a lesser amount.. INR 1, 581/- is illegally deducted from my SBI Savings account on 2nd April. I visited my SBI Home Branch and they told that it is as per Mandate dated 06.09.2020 bearing UMRN Number SBIN[protected]. PFA image of details given to me by the bank.

I have no existing loan or emi or relation with you. I would like to know on what ground you have deducted Rs.1, 581 on 2nd April as "CMP Mandate Debit Bajaj Finance Ltd" without my approval or authorisation.

Please accord highest priority to this matter as I cannot afford to have funds vanishing from my account and refund the amount immediately.

Also provide copy of mandate dated 06.09.2020 as I have given no such mandate to you to remove funds from my account.

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. Though I am not having any loan. Bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-with any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So I request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for bajaj emi card also almost a year completed still i didn't get the emi card also.
My humble request with bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes.

My account is being debited towards CMP Mandate with last debit for Rs.117/- on March 12, 2021, without my consent. I am senior citizen and I do not wish to avail any further loan, and debit has been made under CMP mandate in the past for which I am not aware of. Hence, you are hereby advised to reverse all the forceful debit made to my account and not to debit any further charges hereafter. Needless to mention that any further debit would force me to appeal to appropriate authority as I am pensioner with limited source of income.

1. Actual loan amount rs 40, 000 but disbursed rs 37830 only.. loan process charges rs 1970/- but 200 extra deducted no reason given.
2. Actual tenure 36 months, due to covid 4 months EMI not paid but my tenure revised to 45 months instead of 40 months

I have bought one electronic item 10 year back on loans from you and that's the only blunder mistake i have done.

Every day i'm getting daily 4 to 5 times phone calls from bajaj finserve from different numbers and different names.

The way you people behaved despite several request to delete my number from your caller list and there's no action.

Kindly remove my number from your caller list and of course i do not wish to move to consumer court the kind of harassment bajaj finserve providing me.

Plus, i also not telling my friends & relatives to not take loan or share the contact number with bajaj finance or finserve.

Please stop bothering me with your loan offers and i certainly wish to come back baja finserver and finance if only i'm not harassed.

I noticed that in my SBI account statement Rs 1331/- was deducted towards cmp mandate bajaj finance on 2- Feb-2021. I would like to inform that on 2-March-2021 again bajaj finance deducted amount of Rs1331/- without any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details it doesn’t mean that whenever you want make online transactions.

I request bajaj team not to make such type of transactions in this epidemic.

I am a customer with a long standing relation with Bajaj Finance and having a good track in transaction.
Today I made a second purchase of the year- Amstra 5 star airconditioner (Product AM1315) from Ajmal Bismi Kalamassery, Ernakulam. The cost was Rs33310/ and it was divided into Rs4164 X 8 instalments. Bajaj Executive there charged me a processing charge Rs 1740/ which I paid through debit card.Then at the last he told me there will be an additional (bank charge) of Rs 1153 / with the first EMI !.
In my transaction details from Bajaj Finance, the Down payment is only Rs 686.00.
Pl.explain these differences which I experience first time from Bajaj Finance.

Having purchased an LG refrigerator I was told by the BAJAJ FINANCE personnel that I could have a one year extended warranty on paying Rs 240 . Aftr purchase it was revealed that I need to pay the amount for the entire duration of my EMI (15 months). This is totally unacceptable . Moreover, an RBL credit card soon followed my address without my prior knowledge. I would request the authority to look into the problem failing which I will be compelled to take legal actions

I am holder of a RBL credit card and clearing all the dues in time. One hundred and seventeen rupees deducted from my SBI account on 12/3/2021 stating that CMP mandate charges without my notice or without any prior permission from me which is illegal. Please credit the amount back to my account or else necessary action would be initiated against the company.
