I have bought one electronic item 10 year back on loans from you and that's the only blunder mistake i have done.

Every day i'm getting daily 4 to 5 times phone calls from bajaj finserve from different numbers and different names.

The way you people behaved despite several request to delete my number from your caller list and there's no action.

Kindly remove my number from your caller list and of course i do not wish to move to consumer court the kind of harassment bajaj finserve providing me.

Plus, i also not telling my friends & relatives to not take loan or share the contact number with bajaj finance or finserve.

Please stop bothering me with your loan offers and i certainly wish to come back baja finserver and finance if only i'm not harassed.

I noticed that in my SBI account statement Rs 1331/- was deducted towards cmp mandate bajaj finance on 2- Feb-2021. I would like to inform that on 2-March-2021 again bajaj finance deducted amount of Rs1331/- without any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details it doesn’t mean that whenever you want make online transactions.

I request bajaj team not to make such type of transactions in this epidemic.

Bajaj finance deducting money without any information. Now i don’t even remember when i financed something from bajaj finance and suddenly last month 2-feb-2021 they deduct Rs1331 from my SBI acc again in 2-march-2021 same amount they deduct. Kindly request not to do this time of corona

I am a customer with a long standing relation with Bajaj Finance and having a good track in transaction.
Today I made a second purchase of the year- Amstra 5 star airconditioner (Product AM1315) from Ajmal Bismi Kalamassery, Ernakulam. The cost was Rs33310/ and it was divided into Rs4164 X 8 instalments. Bajaj Executive there charged me a processing charge Rs 1740/ which I paid through debit card.Then at the last he told me there will be an additional (bank charge) of Rs 1153 / with the first EMI !.
In my transaction details from Bajaj Finance, the Down payment is only Rs 686.00.
Pl.explain these differences which I experience first time from Bajaj Finance.

Just saw that Rs 117 has been deducted from my account as CMP Mandate charges which is quite unfair.
either explain this or revert this money in my account.

Having purchased an LG refrigerator I was told by the BAJAJ FINANCE personnel that I could have a one year extended warranty on paying Rs 240 . Aftr purchase it was revealed that I need to pay the amount for the entire duration of my EMI (15 months). This is totally unacceptable . Moreover, an RBL credit card soon followed my address without my prior knowledge. I would request the authority to look into the problem failing which I will be compelled to take legal actions

I request you refund my insurance rupees. I don't require your company insurance. why deduct Emi without information continue my insurance. pls refund my 2 installment in my account rupees 1944.00

I would like to inform you that with out any communication Bajaj finance deducted 117/- rupees from my savings account. I need your explanation and don't deducted unnecessary from my account in future. Revert the deduct money to my account. Customer expectation is serve genuine .

I am holder of a RBL credit card and clearing all the dues in time. One hundred and seventeen rupees deducted from my SBI account on 12/3/2021 stating that CMP mandate charges without my notice or without any prior permission from me which is illegal. Please credit the amount back to my account or else necessary action would be initiated against the company.

I had purchased a TV part financed by Bajaj finance ltd and paid all the money to the company . Now after four months gap Bajaj finance has debited Rs 117 /- from my SBI account on[protected].My SBI account number is[protected] Tadepalli branch .

Stop calling me on my mobile no . [protected] for anybfinance or credit card offers .
I don’t need anything and next time if I receive your calls ibwill start abusing as I am frustrated wit you guys as are calling 4 times in a day.

I would like to draw your attention towards the fact that bajaj finance has deducted money from my bank account Rs. 117 without any intimation and I want to tall you that I have no loans going on with them.I demand explanation in this regard from them failing which I shall take legal action against them.

I notice that in my SBI account debit 117 as on 12.03.2021 without any information . i dont have any loan due with Bajaj Finance as on dated..
Kindly take action against this make refund also..

An amount of Rs.117 has been deducted from my account by Bajaj Finance, on 12th March, 2021 but there is no ongoing EMIs of any products whatesoever. Neither is there any intimation regarding such deduxtion. I would request the Bajaj Team to please look into the mqtter and credit the amount in the respective account as soon as possible

I have noticed that without my notice, Baja FInance has debited rs 117 from my SBI account mentioned as CMP Mandate Debit. I would liek to inform that I dont have any running EMI from Bajaj Finance then what is this about ? Without my notice how can they deduct the money. Hoping to resolve it soon

Today,[protected] i got sms from bank (Your a/c has a debit by transfer of rs.117/-)
When I checked a entry shows"cmp mandate debit bajaj finance".

I even don't remember buying anything through Bajaj Finance and all my cibil score is clear that means I am not owing anything to them. If I would have bought through them I have cleared all my EMIs... I don't have any card of Bajaj Finance.

Then, How dare bajaj finance deducted this amount without informing me. We can't trust on bajaj finance. Bajaj finance is not secure for providing bank details. Refund me the debit amt rs.117/-otherwise i will take legal action on bajaj finance. I will go to Consumer court

So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.

I dint take any loans from Bajaj finance more than two years over I cleared all on time payment but today[protected] they are detuct ammont in my SBI account please refund

Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-with any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for bajaj emi card also almost a year completed still i didn't get the emi card also.
My humble request with bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes.

I have bought AC, on Emi with Bajaj finance after completion of Emi I have received NOC letter as well. And after 6 month Rs 117 is getting deducted automatically for bank account. What can be the issue, please update here, if more details are required.
