Dear sir/madam,
I have been getting 10 to 15 calls daily from past 1 month from Bajaj finance offering me personal loan. I have told them 1000 times that i don't require any personal loan, if at all i require i will definitely contact you. But still i get calls from them and i have also told them to delete my number from their call records. But they haven't done that and i am really frustrated by answering their calls and telling them the same thing every single day. Kindly help me in this regard.

I have three loan accounts for household stuff and they charged and keep charging in the name of interest and penalties till last month.

I was having sufficient balance in my account, the emi bounced due to some technical issue, which is very common with bajaj and this fraud company is charging me Rs.3000 for it. On many request, still they are unable to waive it off.

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 707/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that on oct-2020 i purchase sound bar under 3 months emi scheme and and i paid first emi inNov-2020 . Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 707/-with any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details

Dear sir I m getting so many call of due Plenty of emi but I told them. I clear my loan beofre 2 years but they are saying me to pay 1345 rs again but I have that money o[censored]r bajaj employee Mr BABULAL before and I asked him that do u have any other dues then he said no sir you don't have any due now it's clear and I will provide you NOC soon but now I m. Getting fake call and they are saying me they will encounter me by police what is this and dishounerabling our indian police and saying me abuse so kindly sort out this otherwise I will file a case on bajaj

I request the finance bank Bajaj to refund the amount of addition charges which have been deducted from my bank account.
Till date due to lockdown situation the emi was not payable, then too emi charges have been cut down from my account.

The amount is 4332 rs .

As I have now paid the emi amount then also additional charges are debited from my account.

Dear Sir,

I have received a call from person saying he is from Bajaj Finance Ltd and shared a PDF file of personal loan amount of Rs 2 Lacs through whatsapp and asked to submit Processing Fees of Rs 2100 & Rs 8150 which I have submitted on the given SBI Account no [protected] on 13th Nov'2020.

Now the person is not responding to my calls even after several followup calls. I feel this may be the cheating case...

I didn't get what this amount is and why you have been charged this amount.

Yesterday, 16th Nov.2020 i have noticed that Rs.117/ has been debited without any authorization from my UCO saving account.

I am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account.

Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this amount.

I have nothing pending with Bajaj Finance I don't have any loans with you.

I expect the amount to be credited to my UCO Bank account immediately with proper explanation from your end.

Hi Bajaj Finance. Bought a mobile last October. E.M.I. Payment made this month on 02/11/2020 by SBI. So I am requested to refund Rs. 707 deducted from my SBI account by CMP MANDATE on 10/11/2020. And because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now I feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.

My EMI due date was 2nd November 2020. I was not knowing that as it was my first EMI. I have made the payment on 5th November 2020 along with the late payment charges. So totally I have paid 9032/-Rs(Including 450/- rs late payment charges).
But on 10th November they have again placed the ECS request and 9289/- rs got deducted from my account. I have mailed them and told them the matter. They asked me for the ban account statement. I have mailed them bank account statement as well.
But now, they are telling me that as per their policy they can refund only 8582/- rs which is my EMI amount.
So was it my mistake that they have placed the ECS request again?For reference I am attaching the screenshots.You can see both the transaction which is happened on 5th and 10th November 2020.

An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of axis bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction.
Suddenly yesterday I got one message from bank that bajaj Finance deducted Rs.117 from my bank account.

Again Bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-without any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with Bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that Bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for Bajaj emi card also almost a three year completed still i didn't get the emi card also.
My humble request with Bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly don't loose your customer for this kind of mistakes.
