I request the finance bank Bajaj to refund the amount of addition charges which have been deducted from my bank account.
Till date due to lockdown situation the emi was not payable, then too emi charges have been cut down from my account.

The amount is 4332 rs .

As I have now paid the emi amount then also additional charges are debited from my account.

Dear Sir,

I have received a call from person saying he is from Bajaj Finance Ltd and shared a PDF file of personal loan amount of Rs 2 Lacs through whatsapp and asked to submit Processing Fees of Rs 2100 & Rs 8150 which I have submitted on the given SBI Account no [protected] on 13th Nov'2020.

Now the person is not responding to my calls even after several followup calls. I feel this may be the cheating case...

i am bajaj finserve customer, as i have received a message from my Bank that you have been deducted of amount 707 INR by Bajaj Finserve Ltd as CMP mandate debit.
I didn't get what this amount is and why you have been charged this amount.

Yesterday, 16th Nov.2020 i have noticed that Rs.117/ has been debited without any authorization from my UCO saving account.

I am shocked to see this, please reverse and credit it back to my bank account.

Please let me know why and by whose authorization have you debited this amount.

I have nothing pending with Bajaj Finance I don't have any loans with you.

I expect the amount to be credited to my UCO Bank account immediately with proper explanation from your end.

Hi Bajaj Finance. Bought a mobile last October. E.M.I. Payment made this month on 02/11/2020 by SBI. So I am requested to refund Rs. 707 deducted from my SBI account by CMP MANDATE on 10/11/2020. And because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now I feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.

My EMI due date was 2nd November 2020. I was not knowing that as it was my first EMI. I have made the payment on 5th November 2020 along with the late payment charges. So totally I have paid 9032/-Rs(Including 450/- rs late payment charges).
But on 10th November they have again placed the ECS request and 9289/- rs got deducted from my account. I have mailed them and told them the matter. They asked me for the ban account statement. I have mailed them bank account statement as well.
But now, they are telling me that as per their policy they can refund only 8582/- rs which is my EMI amount.
So was it my mistake that they have placed the ECS request again?For reference I am attaching the screenshots.You can see both the transaction which is happened on 5th and 10th November 2020.

Suddenly yesterday I got one message from bank that bajaj Finance deducted Rs.117 from my bank account.

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate Bajaj finance. I would like to inform that on 2017 i purchase Samsung air conditioner under 9 months emi scheme and and i paid all emi in 2017 after 9 months of settling the emis and all. Again Bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-without any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with Bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that Bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for Bajaj emi card also almost a three year completed still i didn't get the emi card also.
My humble request with Bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly don't loose your customer for this kind of mistakes.

Dear Sir,

I have taken loan from Bajaj as per Loan Agreement
No.: 4040CD80992942 dated 30/06/2018 and cleared and got no objection certificate on 18/03/2019. Now today (13/11/2020) my axis bank a/c got a debit by Rs.117 with ref.to ECS/BAJAJ FINANCE LI/4040CD80992942.

How this company debit money from my account without my concern. Once loan taken means can they withdraw money from account life long without my concern.

I request you to kindly help me to cancel all of my ECS / relation with Bajaj to stop further any debit from my account .

An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of axis bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. I have cleared a loan from bajaj finance 3 years ago. I dont know the reason for the deduction.
They apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

Yesterday i got sms from bank (Your a/c has a debit by transfer of rs.117/-on 12th Nov 2020.)
In next day when i update my passbook, , passbook entry shows"cmp mandate debit bajaj finance". When i asked that shopkeeper,
He approached that bajaj finance person and he said "this is cmp charges deducted by bank, , bank showing our name."

Actually i purchased phone last year Nov 2019 on loan basis (Bajaj finance), last installment deduced from my account on July 2020.

How dare to bajaj finance deducted this amount without informing. We can't trust on bajaj finance, , i feel that bajaj finance is also not secure for providing bank details. Refund me that debit amt rs.117/-otherwise i will take action on bajaj finance.

My loan has consumer durable loan was taken 1 year age and its loan closed 4 months back. But today Rs 117 was deducted towards CMP mandate. So after the loan been closed why those charges are been made. And why our bank details are been used after loan closed and why without informing any Debit has been done in our bank account ?

Today Rs117 has been deducted from my sbi account without my information . I have purchased mobile through finance in 23 rd aug 2019 but the emi dues was of 6 months which is cleared long back. But today why my hard earned money is getting deducted from my account. I want my money back. All dues of mine is been cleared long back. Please dont fool people. If by mistake deduction has happen by Bajaj Finance then return the money back asap.
