I bought 3 products with bajaj finance,
1. Mobile redme note 8 pro with e. M. I amount rs. 2167.

2. One gimbal e. M. I amount rs.4507. (With 1 year extended warranty)
(Loan account no: 410ecffq817230:)
3. Samsung refrigerator (With 1 year extended warranty. A/c 410bewet508530)
Loan account no:4100cdet508271.
I have maintained smooth e. M. I. Process up to may, 2020. & for the refrigerator (No. 3) e. M. I also has been completed. But in the month of april & may 2020, they have deducted extra money from my bank account. For that i lodged a complaint also in this portal id: 2625358. So i stopped the e. M. I for the rest, as i was unable to reach to the customer care as no executive was available of the bajaj in this covid situation. And also to inform you that extended warranty was not being honored for the no.2 & no. 3 product although the emi's for that has been added.
So e. M. I has been postponed by my end in this critical situation (Covid). But the executives can't resolve the issue only asking for the due money.
One of the has misbehaved with us (Me & wife), his named is bijoy [protected]/[protected] called with these numbers. Kindly take necessary action against it.

There is no resolution against the complaint till now, at present all the E.M.I's against the name of Lisha Majumder have been completed, except one E.M.I against the Loan Account "410ECFFQ817230".
As I have informed earlier one of the employee misbehaved with my wife, that information I have shared this with Bajaj Finance team also to resolve the issue. I made a complaint regarding the same to their mail id "[protected]@bajajfinserv.in". But no positive response has been there to resolve the issue.
One more thing I want to add if not done earlier, in all the E.M.I's against all the products finance by Bajaj. They have deducted extra amount in most of the E.M.I's.
Now they are threatening to send a legal notice against the Loan Account "410ECFFQ817230" for the due E.M.I. with huge extra charges.
As a common person Myself Arindam Majumder & My wife LISHA MAJUMDER want a money compensation against Bajaj Finance Ltd. for the harassment, misbehavior, ignoring the issue of a customer and focusing only on the E.M.I.
