I have emi of rs. 2828/- regular.in may 2020 emi paid late with charges which is drawn by you. (Estallament of rs. 2828/- m/o may paid dt. 11.5.2020 and pen. Charges rs. 428/- dt.[protected]. After m/o june 2020 emi paid regural and on date[protected] of rs. 590/- deduct three times rs.1770/- which is unnessasary. No one inform me what ecs should be deducted by you.
I will complaint for this sr37030593 but does not resolved at all.

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance on 24 Jun 2020. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for bajaj emi card also almost a year completed still i didn't get the emi card also.
My humble request with bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes. You are requested to credit rupees 117.00 to my sbi account [protected] after verification

Dear sir, i m arpan chokshi from baroda i have a offer of bajaj rbl credit card and give me credit card and i have purchased items of this credit card but in lock down condition i m not paid a regular of statement account and in current situation i have no job but your recovery agents harestede to me for due amount and misbehaveior to me and your recovery agent says this amount is not paid i have to study my legal notice and haresment and misbehaveior to me so i requested to you sir please take a legal action from bajaj financery services ltd... I didn't paid my installment due to corona virus condition and but i paid money to bank all amount in june but my money is deducted automatically bank said money deducted due to ecs... How i can paid 1800 ecs charge for one month and total due month was 1800×3 = 5400 for 3 month ecs charge plz refund this is unfair intrested mobile number [protected]

I am saying him that I got a loan from another company. When he knows that I am getting a loan from another company then he is saying me BUSTER, SCOUNDREL, IDEAT, DOG & BEACH.

He is using a SLANG language for me.
I am giving a contact details when your staff calling me, he is fully drunked.

I want a justice. I want to claim this.

While everyone is aware of the moratorium period grace of 3 months, bajaj has come up a new rule of deducting balance the way they can. For what an amount of rs 1180?- has been deducted from my account yesterday and i had raised a complaint to them as well. It is not right we are struggling with jobs due to lock down no salaries or may be half salary with which it is not possible to run a family and these people are deducting as they wish without even informing to the customer. Nach mandate given by a customer is not your private property that when you feel you can deduct amount. Please refund the amount back at any cost. Single penny is very important for us at this time.

I took the loan 1 year ago from Bajaj Finance for buying an AC. But after one year of clearing why the amount Rs.117 been deducted from my account which has been linked when I took the loan. I don't have even a card of Bajaj Finance.

You are requested to stop wrong deduction amount and refund amount in my sbi account directly and confirm.

As explained in my earlier communication, you only send automated responses nothing apart from that. I believe your customer care is dead, dumd and deaf. What proof do you need if i don't have an income.â

Haventâ see such a stupid idotic company in my life.â

The rbi said all term loans of all banks and lenders are permitted to grant a moratorium of three months on payments of all installments falling due between march 1, 2020 and may 31, 2020. The repayment schedule of these loans will be shifted across the board by three months after the moratorium period.
But couldn't process this process and he finally charge me of bounce and avoid my 6000 cash back voucher offer ।

I have taken a personal loan (4050PL[protected] Loan Number) from bajaj in the year 2015 August and did pay the initial Emi's of the same but then due to some medical and personal issue I could not pay the remaining ones. Since last 3 days now I'm getting calls from your collection agents one is Mr. Ramesh ([protected]) and the other is Mr. Aryan Patel ([protected]) who is constantly calling my Family members whose numbers I have not given as well and calling them and harassing them constantly. My family members are elderly people and cannot speak with these recovery agents and they are not liable as well as they are not any guaranter and I have not given their names or numbers anywhere.

Your people call them and say that I have given their numbers and updated to call them wherein I have not done that. I would request you to stop this on Immediate basis as you are harassing me and Family members which you cannot.

I suggest you to go ahead and take any legal action against me and there I will defend myself but request you to kindly stop these people to call me and my family members.

As due to this harassment if any of my Family members get ill or anything happens to them or me as well as I'm also a BP patient you all will be responsible for the same. Send me the agreement copy where I have updated these numbers and how did you got those numbers to call and then I'll start planning to pay you'll.
I request you to kindly take immediate action and this needs to be stopped.

Bajaj finserv debited from my account also without prior information... As i cleared all EMI 6 months before.
