Rs.117/- has been wrongly deducted on 15 September 2020 through ECS from my ICICI bank Account vide CMS/**************/BAJAJ-AUTO-CD/4020CD08.

As I have made full payment against loan for purchasing home appliances and for closure Bajaj Finance issued NOC on the same in 2015 only.

Now Bajaj Finance has no right to deduct amount through ECS from ICICI Bank.

Kindly refund the amount wrongly debited through ECS from ICICI Bank and cancel old ECS mandates.

There is no running loan with me of bajaj finance. They have deducted 117 rupees without my consent.

I will need to go legal against them.

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance on 15/09/2020. I purchased sumsung microwoven from capital electronics, ultadanga, kolkata on 09/08/2018 with 10 month emi scheme and and i paid last emi on 2nd june -2019 after 10 months of settling the emis and all. The emi amount was rs. 1390 per month. Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-without any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for bajaj emi card also almost a year completed still i didn't get the emi card also.
My humble request with bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes. You are requested to refund me back this rs. 117 to my bank account. Otherwise i will move to consumer forum.

I lost my card last year and i called customer care for closing this card. I was told about the same, however, i don't have any confirmation mail regarding that. Today i got an annual bill for a credit card which is lost last year and not issued after.
The credit card is joint venture of bajaj and rbl bank. Now i am trying to connect with customer care and i am not able to do it.

Bajaj finance is coming up with new ways to deduct amount from customers taking the mandate as an advantage. They have deducted 600₹ from my account in may which i thought was due to late payment (For the first time as salaries got delayed) but they have deducted another ~300₹ in september stating that i haven't paid the loan amount in may on time. Given the situation, every penny is important to us. Kindly refund back the amounts that have been deducted incorrectly. I can only assure you that it was the only time and i’ve not skipped payment deliberately.

Hello sir actually due to this covid 19 i was unable to pay the loan nd due to which the sbi bank charges me 295×7 times nd i want refund of that.
Cuz this pandemic has make everything hodgepodge nd i am really sorry that i am unable pay ur loan at the time but in this time every single penny is most important for me.

I have been requesting bajaj housing finance ltd. For foreclosure letters for the above mentioned loan account numbers for a long time now. During the course of time i did receive multiple foreclosures letters and lods from them however, the reasons behind it are appalling and unacceptable.

Below are the reasons why i had to ask them to issue the foreclosure letters and lod on multiple occasions. The below mentioned errors were noticed on separate occasions. If needed i can present all the letters and lods issued by bhfl to me till now.

1.) they had the wrong loan account number mentioned on my foreclosure letter
2.) in the lod, they missed on listing the "sales deed"
3.) recently i received 2 separate foreclosure letter for the same lan 401fnwfk737454 and they have separate foreclosure charge mentioned on it (I have described the latest issues in short below)

The foreclosure letter i received dated 10th september has charged me an amount of inr 45, 802/- based on "foreclosure charges @4.72% on principal outstanding with applicable taxes". The principal outstanding is inr 9/-.

I also received a foreclosure letter dated 28th august and the same 4.72% foreclosure charges are inr 4, 705/- based on principal outstanding of inr 99, 689/- (Letter attached for your perusal

Moreover, each time i have asked for foreclosure letters, i have been made to wait for more than 12 days on most of the occasions. Every person i spoke to never got back to me to update me on the complaints i raised. My issues and complaints went unresolved even after following up on multiple occasions.

My email is not enough to project the agony i have faced in the past few months from bhfl and it still is going on.

I am in complete dismay with the way things have been mismanaged on every level.

Today on 10th september 2020 amount rs.1180.00 is deducted from my account. Why this amount is debited from my accounts. Please credit that amount as soon as possible.
