I had cleared all the loans and emi 's that had been taken from bajaj finance, but today suddenly it is showing that cmp mandate debit from bajaj finance without my knowledge. It do not find any logic behind such deduction. I want my money to be refunded back or else i will be complaining it to the consumer forum within a day.

    Hello all as per conversation with one of your amreli (Gujarat) branch office one person behave rudely about my emi bounce that guy misbehave with me i dont want to pay your emi now until that guy dont tell me sorry can u please help me or i want to go to another way i go to police station and complaint againts for that employee please replay me as soon as possible you can either i will go to police and complain.

      debit of money rs 707 owing to cmp mandate

      Rs707 deducted (Owing to cmo mandate) from my bank account by bajaj finance on 10 july 2020.
      This is my customer id[protected] and my lan 515dpffa923394. I foreclosed and cleared all the remaining amount on 7th march 2020 and received no dues certificate from bajaj. Then for what the amount debited from my account?
      At this time we are struggling with jobs due to this pandemic no salaries or maybe a half salary with, which it...

      I noticed that in my ability account statement rs 707 /- was debited towards cmp mandate babaj fin without any information, so irequest with bajaj team not to make such type of transaction without informing to the customer by call or email. And my last emi due on next month 2nd. Please credit the debit amount as applicable eles will take serious action and on bajaj finance.

        Hello there,

        I'm extremely disappointed to see that Bajaj is going down to such a cheap class and pathetic level that it is deducting some random charges from its customers' linked bank account with even having their permission or consent.

        I had purchased an item through Bajaj Finserv in 2019, EMIs of which I have fully paid with missing any of it, Hence no bounce charges should be deducted during or after its completion. Still, Bajaj has been deducting some kind of "NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~BAJAJFIN" titled amounts twice, First one of Rs.405.01 on 9 January 2020 and the second one of Rs. 590 10 July 2020.

        I have all the documents like the NOC Report and Payment Schedule and others that I received from Bajaj after my EMI was over, I have attached all of them below and also attached the screenshot of the charges deducted from my account. And details of the Loan are mentioned below.

        Loan Account Number: 401CDDED038255
        Total Loan Amount: Rs. 89, 900
        EMI Amount: Rs. 7, 492
        Principal Outstanding: Rs. 0
        Total Amount Repaid: Rs. 89, 900

        Now I don't care if this a fraud or a technical issue or Bajaj actually thinks that I seriously owe the bank this money but I NEED MY MONEY BACK. A total of Rs.995.01‬ is what Bajaj owes me now and I would request you to kindly refund me that amount or I'm seriously going to drag this issue to the court, no matter what it takes. I'm seriously fed up with dealing and fighting with such money hungry cheap class banks almost every month and I'm not going to take this lightly now.

          I have emi of rs. 2828/- regular.in may 2020 emi paid late with charges which is drawn by you. (Estallament of rs. 2828/- m/o may paid dt. 11.5.2020 and pen. Charges rs. 428/- dt.[protected]. After m/o june 2020 emi paid regural and on date[protected] of rs. 590/- deduct three times rs.1770/- which is unnessasary. No one inform me what ecs should be deducted by you.
          I will complaint for this sr37030593 but does not resolved at all.

            Dears,

            I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance on 24 Jun 2020. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
            At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for bajaj emi card also almost a year completed still i didn't get the emi card also.
            My humble request with bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes. You are requested to credit rupees 117.00 to my sbi account [protected] after verification

              Dear sir, i m arpan chokshi from baroda i have a offer of bajaj rbl credit card and give me credit card and i have purchased items of this credit card but in lock down condition i m not paid a regular of statement account and in current situation i have no job but your recovery agents harestede to me for due amount and misbehaveior to me and your recovery agent says this amount is not paid i have to study my legal notice and haresment and misbehaveior to me so i requested to you sir please take a legal action from bajaj financery services ltd...                 I didn't paid my installment due to corona virus condition and but i paid money to bank all amount in june but my money is deducted automatically bank said money deducted due to ecs... How i can paid 1800 ecs charge for one month and total due month was 1800×3 = 5400 for 3 month ecs charge plz refund this is unfair intrested mobile number [protected]

                    While everyone is aware of the moratorium period grace of 3 months, bajaj has come up a new rule of deducting balance the way they can. For what an amount of rs 1180?- has been deducted from my account yesterday and i had raised a complaint to them as well. It is not right we are struggling with jobs due to lock down no salaries or may be half salary with which it is not possible to run a family and these people are deducting as they wish without even informing to the customer. Nach mandate given by a customer is not your private property that when you feel you can deduct amount. Please refund the amount back at any cost. Single penny is very important for us at this time.

                          I took the loan 1 year ago from Bajaj Finance for buying an AC. But after one year of clearing why the amount Rs.117 been deducted from my account which has been linked when I took the loan. I don't have even a card of Bajaj Finance.

                            My name murti uday namanbhai..my loan no is lan 474RHB10003907.. bajaj is not giving moratorium to me saying that I am doctor so.. as they pressure me and harrased me I pais may and June month emi of 23400 for 2 consecutive month.. previous 15 emi regular i have paid.. now my savings are finished due to covid effect my clinic is affected as people are scared of coming.. again july, august emi moratorium they are not giving.. i had filed complaints on their redressal team but they don't reply..customer care they are not answering.. m totally depressed and in tension..please help me as soon as possible..before somedays I had filed complaint on this platform but still not resolved

I have seen that my sbi account statement on 01 july 2020, i noticed that amount for ₹ 117 wrongly debited in my sbi account (Copy of yono sbi screenshot attached). You are requested to stop wrong deduction amount and refund amount in my sbi account directly and confirm.

                                    As explained in my earlier communication, you only send automated responses nothing apart from that. I believe your customer care is dead, dumd and deaf. What proof do you need if i don't have an income.â
