My name murti uday namanbhai my email id is [protected]@gmail.com..my bajaj housing loan number is 474RHB10003907..i am not getting emi moratorium.. had paid in past 15 emi regularly.. last may month I had borrowed 23thousand from else to pay emi as they are constantly pressuring.. last month I had applied for moratorium as per rule on 24th may and 25th may.. complaint again on [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, but till now I didnt got moratorium.. they are asking for this month emi

This is to inform that some executive had called me and informed about the health insurance he took my words as my consent and after few minutes i got a message as the insurance is in process. I do not require any health insurance please consider this and do not register for the insurance. Kindly obligie. The application number is bf[protected].

I noticed that in my sbi account statement 3month once continuously certain amount was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance without my knowledge and information. So i request bajaj finance team not to make such type of transaction without informing to the customer by call or sms or email.
But bajaj finance team not listening my report. And again continuouly debit such amt from my sbi account.
Now i feel that bajaj finance is not secure for providing bank details.
Please credit the debited amount or else will take legal action on bajaj finance.

Respected sir, myself sanjiv and i have loan on baja finserv. My payment balance is only one payment which is amount of 1770 and i have applied for momerandum. They fined rupees 450 for each month as payment declined charges and now they have taken amount of rs177 for seven times so totally 177 *7 times for 3 month as bounce charges and added another 1350 rupees for fine amount... Only for 1770 they are charging around 3600 rupees as fine amount in this covid situation we are already in very critical situation... They are not even replying me regards this issues... It's not only single persons problem all my friends facing same problems... Kindly do the needful and support needy people's like us in this most critical situations...

Why this staff talk to rude. N like criminal. No politeness. Bad language ❓

I had applied for emi moratorium for 2 housing loan to bajaj housing finance on 5th april 2020 — following procedure on their portal. With below service request numbers:

On 6th april i got call from mr saraf from bajaj finance informing me the additional interest i shall be paying if i go for emi moratorium and asking my consent for processing the emi moratorium request i had made, i gave my consent to the caller on phone.

Since i did not hear anything on above requests after that, i had made follow up by emails on 17th april, 18th april, 22nd april, 28th april and 30th april.
I got auto reply for all the above emails with below service request numbers:

Sr32521037 & sr32521307 for email on 17th april,
Sr32561412 for email on 18th april,
Sr32712227 for email on 22nd april,
Sr30934095 for email on 22nd april,

Sr33101301 & sr33101682 for requests on 30th april 2020.
However no clear replies on the subject.

Then i escalated the topic to '[protected]@bajajfinserv.in' on 25th may 2020, however no reply still on the topic.

I am still waiting for an answer "emi moratorium for my housing loans is approved or not?"
My emis are regularly getting debited from my account and i need to arrange for funds in the financially stressed situation.

It is very clear that bajaj housing finance is deliberately not providing the emi moratorium as per rbi directive dated 27th march 2020 asking banks including nbfcs to provide emi moratorium to borrowers for 3 months.

Now rbi has further suggested banks including nbfcs to provide emi moratorium for further 3 months (Until august 2020 emis). I do not know if this also will be allowed by bajaj housing finance.

I would appreciate if bajaj housing finance company extends the moratorium as per rbi suggestion to my housing loans at least for july and august 2020.

I am purchase digital product in Bajaj card but today wrong charges cut in my bank account from Bajaj finance
Please refund my amount immediately.

Dear sir/mam,

I registered on the bajaj website for bajaj finance card, but after that many of bajaj executives continuously calling to my number and when i told them to unregistered my number they tell me ok sir we will but after that the condition is same. What is trai doing for outside and why cannot they take hard against the bajaj and similar companies who continuously calling to us.

I am taking legal action against bajaj if they will not stop this.

I have paid amount of rs. 1667/-through debit card on dated 30.5.2020 but i got message from bajaj that amount of rs1667 has been bounced on dated3-06-020...

We bought a tv on 2016 under emi scheme. At that shop bajaj finserv person gave us a emi card, they didn't tell any information about that. Now only we noticed our passbook they deducted rs. 117 yearly without informing us. This is very bad and we didnt expect such behaviour from this company. Governmet should take action on these. Atleast they should explain us about the annual charges, without telling any information they just enrolled us and deducting money ruthlessly.

Dear concern,

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance ltd. However, my previous emi has already been cleared. They have deducted this amount for no reason.
Its my request that you look into this matter at the earliest and get my money refunded.
