I was asked to take up a policy of bharti axa life insurance since was in need of money to scale up my business. I was told that ill get the amount of 3 lacs against opting for bharti axa policy of premium amount of 25000/- against the policy from bajaj finance. The bajaj finance guy's name is apparently mr. Rohit who was available on +91 [protected] via call and whatsapp as well. I understand the current scenario of lockdown, but as the government has given permission to resume work. Its been 2 months his no. Is completely not available, or not picking. He took a lot of interest until there was the policy process on but post that he is not responding to my calls. All i find is fake services are happening around. I 'll take strict action against this guy and company. This is ridiculous behaviour by the company and their representatives.

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs. 900/ was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance without any information. So i request with bajaj team not to make such type of transaction without informing to the customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance is also not secure for providing bank details.
Please credit the debited amount asap or else will take serious action on bajaj finance.

I have already send the mail in customer care id. Last month not reply

I have not giving any permission. Last or same mothe you debit to emi bones charges or two time 297rs. Or

I am not getting any reply to my emi moratorium request and no response to subsequent complaints made. Interestingly someone is calling daily asking for loan emi but there is no one to address customer request/complaints. All the calls i am receiving are harassing and threatening.

See below timeline of events:
31-mar – i have requested for moratorium for 3 of my loans with bajaj housing finance. Service request no. Sr30807962
01-apr – i received email from [protected]@bajajhousingfinance.co.in with all details of impact of moratorium and asking to email my acceptance to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in
01-apr – i replied back to [protected]@bajajfinserve.in with acceptance of terms and conditions and impact. Service request no. Sr30890746
02-apr – i received email from [protected]@bajajhousingfinance.co.in confirming receipt of my acceptance and promising to get back in 6 or 7 working days.
10-apr – i received email from [protected]@bajajhousingfinance.co.in acknowledging my consent for moratorium and the delay in processing the request and promising to complete before end of month.

After this there was no communication from bajaj housing finance. I have received few phone calls asking for details why which i had explained in first 2-3 phone calls by different people. After that i started receiving calls daily (Including sat & sun) by different person from bajaj housing finance to which i asked them to refer to details i had provided to people who had already called. The quality of people who called were very rude, threatening and extremely unprofessional.

15-apr - there was no response from bajaj finance to my moratorium acceptance sent on 01-apr and since people were threatening to me, i sent an email to wecare asking for an update on my request and about harassing calls i was getting.
20-apr – i sent another email to wecare and grievanceredressal complaining about the same and asking for an update. I thought someone would listen at grievance redressal but looks like i was banging my head against wall.

22-apr – vinay shukla representing himself as area manager of central mumbai called and gave false promises and forcing me to pay through credit card. It was my mistake to trust him and i paid emi for one of the loan via credit card adding burden to my credit outstanding. Few days later i realized that he made fool out of me and my trust. This is big lesson i have learnt from this whole episode and covid situation.
25-apr – i received email from [protected]@bajajhousingfinance.co.in asking me to submit moratorium request again and didn’t bother to give any update on previous request.
26-apr – i submitted moratorium request again via online option as per steps in email and received confirmation that my request would be processed in 6 working days. However i kept receiving threatening calls daily.

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs. 589/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance without any information. So i request with bajaj team not to make such type of transaction without informing to the customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance is also not secure for providing bank details.
Please credit the debited amount asap or else will take serious action on bajaj finance.

I am taking loan in Bajaj finance company, actually 36 months emi loan, I am paying 35 months last one emi pending but last time company 2 months emi debited, very fraud company Bajaj company, don't take loan in this company

I want to cancel my personal loan of rs 500000 which i asked and they told me to pay 5500 as processing fee, 20000 as nft, 45000 as gst, 105000 as rbi tax and now telling to pay 175000 as tds tax. I denied to pay this amount and want to cancel my loan and want my refund of all moneywhich they are denieng. Also i am going to lodge a fir on this. I want to cancel my personal loan and also want the whole money back.

I have applied for personal loan but after submitting documents they asking for processing fee and paid 5500 and then they asked nft fee 20000. Still after paying they have asked gst charges and have taken 45000 and then they asked rbi tax which i paid 105000 but still now they are asking for tds tax of rs 175000. Instead of giving loand, 175000 rupees already they have taken from me and when asked to cancel the loan instead of giving they are denying to cancel and refunding the momey. I am going to lodge a fir if the issue is not resolved and i will not get the money.

I was taken personal bajaj finserv 36 months total period i was paid already 24 months remaining emi's is 12 but bajaj finserv people it will increase 15 months for 3 months extra why should like this i did not understand he told as per rbi rules it will increase interate rate 18-24% that why extra extened 3 months this to much for bajaj finance so please take compliant and action these people

My Auto is not working and I not pay money due to corona virus and I request to pay my check in lock down open and I pay regular month to month and please Add moth and not bounce my chek my Auto number MH 05 DL 5190 my mobile number [protected]

I have recently purchased a mobile phone and a cpp tele binding was activated for my account without my authorization.
The cpp telebinding, loan account no is:-424dtbfy452763.

I want to cancel that insurance which is activated.

Bajaj Finance Ltd has deducted an amount of Rs. 117/- from my SBI savings account, although I have not, in my knowledge, authorised the company for any such deduction.

I have applied flexi loan by forcefully by bajaj finance employe and she was saying no charges only 4000 extra fee in entire period but they charge me 140000/- including maitainance charges. Also i never used single rupee from loan account. Today got an message that annual maintainable charges as shown below. They are cheating lot of customers like this.
"your annual maintenance charge of rs.2, 321 towards your flexi loan a/c no 400safer058148 will be deducted within 7 to 10 working days. Keep your a/c funded."

I noted that bajaj finserv have debited 117 rs from my bank account stating cmp mandate. I had a loan with bajaj finserv which I had closed years back.I have NOC's with every product. kindly stop taking money from my account and do all actions to unlink bajaj finserv and my bank account as early as possible.

Emi kat liye check bounce or account se paise kat liye

Sir, i have purchased one carrier a. C. On 6.5.16 from avinandan, dunlop, kolkata vide their invoice no. Aepl/740, dt-6.5.16. The required emi @2834 x 8 was also paid in time. Then a bajaj finserv privilege card (Emi net work) was sent to me, i want to return the same the very next day. Your representative in the shop told me "it is charge-free card, nothing to return, it is given only to minimise the paper work for further loan, if any".
I have not yet used/activated the card, it is lying with me and debiting periodical charges from my bank a/c.
Now, please arrange to stop/close the card and stop any deduction of charges as i have not yet activated the card and was given forcefully.

I noticed that today in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that on 2018 i purchase mobile under 6 months emi scheme and and i paid last emi in 2019 and in the period 6 months of settling the emis and all. Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-with any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for bajaj emi card also almost a year completed still i didn't get the emi card also.
My humble request with bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes.

I noted that bajaj finserv have debited 117 rs from my bank account stating cmp mandate. I had a loan with bajaj finserv which i had closed one and a half years ago. Noc is attached below. Kindly stop taking money from my account and do all actions to unlink bajaj finserv and my bank account as early as possible.

I have taken mortgage loan from bajaj finance in 2016, i have paid all installment in time but right now since last one month rs.295 is deducted every day since last one month i have inquired in bank they told me to go at your office but due to lock down your branched is closed since one month. Please clarify the charges which is levied by your co. As government has also clarify regarding loan emi including nbfc. So please clarify the matter or call me on my mobile no. [protected].
