I have a bank account in indian overseas bank, sholingur branch, my bank account number is [protected] the government has also announced that it will not withdraw money from the bank account due to the ongoing problem. I emailed the bajaj finance limited company and indian overseas bank about the payment of emi, and 02.04.2020, ecs/nach return charges of rs.117 deducted in my account, then, on 06.04.2020, ecs registration charges of rs. 118, deducted in my account, what is the reason for this amount deducted? I am humbly requested to take appropriate action.

Made many requests and complaints, bank is not bothered to hear customer complaint. I dont recommend this bank to any of my friends....

I have found that bajaj finance limited has deducted rs 117 on 11th feb 2020 and with out prior intimation and they deducted in the name of cmp mandate. As a consumer i have no idea what is this and i dont have any loans pending with them, but still they deducted the amount, i request the consumer court to help me to get back my money,
And give a notice to them for not repeating with our peoples hard earned money.

A personal loan was applied by mr solomon babu in karur vysya bank. On checking the cibil it was found that a bajaj finance limited consumer loan with account number 54907653 was written off with the amount of rs. 2746.
It is reported in february 2020.

It is learned that the loan was availed on 31/07/2007 (As per cibil) for an amount for rs 38500. However the customer is not aware of outstanding due to the time span.
Now he has decided for the closure of the account and clear the cibil entry.

Kindly advise for the closure of the account.

Sir, i have requested for 3 months emi moratorium on my emi. I mailed on the same on 1st april 2020 as per rbi guidelines. I am repeatedly getting calls from bajaj finance from different different numbers each time to payany emi.
I have not taken any loan from bajaj finance and without any reason they are calling me again and again.
Please stop it i have not taken any loan so please do not call and disturb me.
In all this crisis situation you are harassing a citizen by calling them again and again.

Loan Reference No. - 401SHO[protected] Loan foreclosed on 27th Feb '2020. however the EMI got deducted from my account on 2nd Mar '20. Need Refund, its already more than a month, sent several mail to Bajaj grievance and customer mail id's however no single response...I am expecting that .Bajaj finance will return my money...
My experience with Bajaj remained very bad...i will suggest anyone to opt for Bajaj fin...for loan and all...during lockdown due to Covid 19...I recieved offer from all banks for merotorium...however shame of Bajaj finance..that instead of sending msg for relief...they deducted the Emi..and sent a thk u note...and see the epitome of cost cutting that they don't have proper customer care no...all over in web sites..u will get a ccare no...but no one to hear your problem..

I asked for help bajaj finance and asked to stop emi for 3 month because my salary did not hit my bank.

Bajaj finance again mailed with confirmation of 3 month stop but 24% par annum interest for next emi.
During this pandemic bajaj finance is taking huge interest instead of helping common people

I had taken the above mentioned loan. Agent said you have to pay only 5000 total charge. But i charged about 20000 in which 5000 of HDFC INSURANCE is refunded. He said 4999 OF FFR also refund in one month. But till now i didn't get this amount

With regret, i am to inform you that rs.1, 180/- has been debited from my sbi account no.[protected] on 10.03.2020 as bajaj finacne cmp debit mandate charge without any prior information and consent. I had purchased purifier through bajaj finance in the year 2018 and entire emi of loan amount had been debited in the year 2019. This debit/txn is unauthorised.
Hence, i requested you to credit the amount into my sb account.

I got a call from bajaj finance stating that they will provide me a loan against an insurance policy and they said they are tied up with some insurance company (Hdfc, excide life, etc). They are providing loan on 0% interest for 10 years for premium of 10% of loan amount, now i was in need for cash i borrow the money and paid through online gateway of of excide life insurance with the proposal number they have given me (Dated[protected], now i am confused after reading all the complaints of such cases, are all such type of calls are fake or there is also some genuine cases too. Please help me with this, before i got into futher documentation.

Sir.. I pay correctly all due amount on dated... And closed.. So 12month due... Over and i got noc o[censored]r finance. So how u debit 2times of this month... So please request to the amount refunded to me.... Kindly send the amount... Why u r taken 2 times of month.. Go and check.. And send to me...12month only i put emi.. Then pay correctly on time and closed... I got noc letter.

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs. 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance without any information. So, i request with bajaj team not to make such type of transaction without informing the customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance is also not secure for providing bank details.
Please credit the debited amount or else will take serious action on bajaj finance

I got a call from the number[protected] that was told calling from.Bajaj for overdraft facility. I denied and requested not to call again. The same person called again and used abusive language which was not good.

Please take action against the individual calling and Bajaj

The person was really rude and using abuses. When i denied he called again later and used highly abusive language. He had the courage to call and abuse with really really unsavoury language.

Can this number be actioned against as the person on the other side would sure do it with other citizens

This is very unfortunate that bajaj auto deducted r's.600/- from my icici bank account without taking my permission. Why you deducted the same? I want refund my money immediate effect. Otherwise i will file a complain in consumer forum or taking legal action against your organization.
