Please don’t call me 5-6 times a day. I don’t need any loan. All this started just because i took emi option of bajaj while buying electronic goods. I request you to delete my number from your records and not call me asking for loans. I will contact you if i need loans but do not disturb me during office hours and on weekends with this spam calls. This is highly irritating!

I have took home loan + top-up from bajaj finance housing.

1. Loan account number h405hhl0217578 has/have been granted a (Hhl) loan of rs. 4, 200, 000.00 on below mention property – ok and received loan

2. Loan account number h405hlt0228149 has/have been granted a (Hlt) loan of rs. 640, 000.00 on below mention property - received loan of only inr 305, 000 and yet to receive balance top-up but they are deducting emi considering loan of inr 640, 000 which is not fair.

I have entire mail communication and interest certificate enclosed for your reference.

It has become frustrating to follow up when you do not get any response to your query. When asked with mr. Avinash kadam, he is always committing dates after dates (Since last 2 months) that i will get the balance disbursement, of which his every date has already passed, and when asked with ms. Dipinti dhuri, she is also committing same. Every time they say disbursement will be done soon and same can be observed in mail communication also.

Coming to document submission process, we have submitted all necessary originals and photocopies related to housing loan to mr. Avinash kadam, and all formats as required. Even they have acknowledged the same and confirmed that all documents are submitted and acknowledged, and disbursement is on the way.

Regarding my escalation towards we care and customer grievance escalations, according to them they have resolved all the open tickets in their system but they can not answer when the additional top up amount shall be disbursed. I tried that as well but got no response from grievance section as well.

Kindly help as it has been a really unprofessional experience till date where people who have issued me the loan are not taking the responsibility for resolving the issue and even after escalating the same to their managers it is of little help since they do not provide any update or email unless and until i run behind them.

I have been receiving close to 10 calls on average from bajaj finance executives, ivr bots etc and sms which is with untrue and illegal messages like "as per my interest, in their personal loan". Inspire of politely telling them i'm not interested they keep calling and when we express displeasure talk in a uncivilised manner and abruptly hang calls.

I request you to take action on this worst cold calling process of bajaj finance company which is unfair practice in all means.

Bajaj auto-debit 700 amount from my account. Remark of bank is bajaj_auto_cd_4260cd01. I have tried to login in bajaj auto, but no mobile is registered with them. Bajaj auto doesn't provide any communication without phone. I don't know why he deducts 700 from my account without permission.

There is no way to communicate with the bajaj auto without a phone number. But when i tried to check my all mobile number, getting not registered.

Please help me to unexpected and theft debit of amount from account. Then how we will faith in banking. Anybody can deduct the amount from my account without any intimation.

Once i checked my account on 27 jan2020. I checked that my payment was deducted @700/- in my account. After i am sending you a lot of email in your customer care portal. But the response will be received from your end.

Otherwise, my all payment loan was cleared on time to time and no cheque canceled at my side.

Kindly solve my query and revert asap.

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that on dec-2018 i purchase mobile under 6 months emi scheme and and i paid last emi in july-2019 after 6 months of settling the emis and all. I bought a LG TV from reliance digital Noida Sector 18 GIP Mall, Executive said to me 2 coupons and cashback offer which given to me after 3 month of puchase but did not receive any cashback bajaj finance website dont have provide to raise complains .

Custumar card doesnt have option to communicate with customer care executive .

I'm so frustrated to receive bajaj finance calls when i'm not interested for any type of loan. What i do.

Daily they called me from different numbers, i have blocked lot of numbers but still getting calls always from new number.

I assured them that i no need of any type loan. Sir please delete my contact no. From your call list. But they call again and again from different numbers.

Dear sir, i have been a customer of your bajaj finance for the last 5 years and all my accounts have been inactive till now, but for the last three months, my house was spending a lot of money in the hospital, but i was paying weekly for only a few days every month but on january 4th i had an accident at the hospital and was paying for my treatment. It was a little late but i was also disturbed by your officers in dondai branch, and they sent some people from shirpur branch to threaten me with my father-in-law. Even though they have given me mental distress and threatened me, i have to leave that you need help to take legal action on the request ncya the lawyer told me otherwise when i have to own my next action lawyers boluna you have sent some photos of the weeds grow for me accident and to take action for people at bullying

I receive atleast 3-4 calls daily from bajaj finance asking for loans and i feel that i am literally getting harassed by them now. Please help with stopping these calls.

They call me any time of the day or any day of the week, even on holidays. They have also called up when i am on international roaming and is resulting into unnecessary call charges.
It doesn't matter for them as they call even during office meetings etc and this results into breaching into my personal and professional life.

Bajaj finance is a torcher
I am receiving daily phone calls from bajaj finance asking about personal loan requirement. I have never asked for personal loan to any bank, then why are they calling and torturing me i don’t know. I have blocked 10 numbers and told many times i do not want loan still they call me.

If they can torture this much for advertisement you can think how much they will torture after taking loan.

So even if i need any loan i will never ever approach bajaj finance.

This is rajat goel, having mobile number 997143xxx0, i bought oppo reno2z through bajaj finance at m2k rohini place, in september-october 2019 as i was told by the executive that i am eligible for the cashback between 1500 to 2000 rs., which will be received by me once i cleared my first 2 emi's, but till now i did't get any cash back in my account. I did the follow up also with bajaj finserv customer care thrice but they gave me the sr ticket no (Sr26482146 & sr[protected] and said that this issue will be resolved within 3 to 4 working days. After 2-3 days, i got a message that sr ticket has been resolved but amount still not received. Loan ref number is "401dpffg180496"

I request from consumer team, i assume this company is not reliable. I have seen lots of the complaint registered against the company. I request to take necessary action on bajaj finserv company for this fraud.

This is informing you that the my emi were lan is 4020cdfk618222 were overdue due to some reasons. But now i have paid the loan amount that is 1533/-
But after paying the loan amount including fine charges there were excess amount 582, 590, 590 were deducted 3 time without any reason.
I have requested you that i want my fund return otherwise i ll take it on higher level.

This is very irritating to have calls from bajaj finance.
They call approx 7 to 8 times a day. It is more irritating when get a call while working in high tension areas. Who will be responsible if any accident happens.. Because they don't have any idea when they call... Do bajaj finance will take responsibility for any accident? Please stop the calls i don't want any loan or offer...

It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, I am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else I will be forced to take action against Bajaj Finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

I block at least 5-7 numbers from bajaj finance company calls, and auto reject are more than 10 in a day. I will be filing a compensatory claim for mentally harassing me by trying to make a sale by calls. Kindly know my money is involved by getting connected to calls. I keep getting unnecessary calls keep coming to my both number, i will sue your company for about a 1cr for the damaged business time and money. Be aware of it. Next call on my number, you all will hear from my lawyer soon after. still the calls pouring in. with increasing number. How come They are getting so many number to call from after blocking more than 100+ numbers till now.
