This is Syed Akhil Ahmed I have taken loan from bajaj finance number 404PMT67095676 but failed to pay the EMI from past 8 months I’m ready to pay the entire Amount but Bajaj finance people telling they will come home and take all my items . Please help me out . im not in india. I'm ready to pay the amount in monthly basis. But they are not accepting it. They are pressurising me to make full payment by tomorrow. I don't have single.paisa. I told.i will clear the amount by emi. Please help me out .

Stop telemarketing call on my no. Nine eight two four six five five six five zero. I have my no. Registered in dnd. I have blocked more than 100 of your phone nos. Still everyday you call and harass me with the same offers and calls. Please stop it. This is too much and if this doesn't stop immediately i will have to take legal action against bajaj finance.

On 17/12/2019, my sb account no. [procted] of sbi debited with inr 295 by bajaj finance carrying transaction reference no. As ach/tpcf bajaj finance.

I do not have any loan or any pending dues with bajaj finance. Therefore request you to check from your end for wrong debit.

Could you refund the amount and credit in my same sbi account.

I block at least 5-7 numbers from bajaj finance company calls, and auto reject are more than 10 in a day. I will be filing a compensatory claim for mentally harassing me by trying to make a sale by calls. Kindly know my money is involved by getting connected to calls. I[censored]nnecessary calls keep coming to my both number, i will sue your company for about a 1cr for the damaged business time and money. Be aware of it. Next call on my number, you all will hear from my lawyer soon after.

I bought couple of loans from Bajajfinserv and repaid both on time. I am not in any idea to get further loans from bajajfinserv temporarily and I informed them too. But, I get frequent calls from bajajfinserve(More than 3 times a day). I am a working women and It is really disgusting to get frequent calls. I asked them not to call me any more but I do getting calls from different numbers of the same firm. I kindly request you to make them not to call me and make me to work peacefully. Thanking you.

Transaction not done by me. Transaction i'd[protected]. This transaction fraud by others unknown person. Plz solve the issue as soon as possible. Plz cancel the transaction. I took loan in october 2010 for samsung tv.
Our loan was completed in 2011. We got noc from fatehgunj office in baroda.
Now during this years noc was lost. As we have paid full loan.
Now in 2019 dec. I got sms that i have unpaid loan from bajaj finance and have out standing charges.

I logged in bajaj finance and saw that there was one entry in 2017 and another one from 2019 was not reflected.

Now after 6 years and after giving noc they are leaving the charges. Also i have not got any intimation via mail or email or sms.

I went to bajaj finance office - they instead of assisting me asked me to move from one counter to an other and at last when i was able to meet the manager he bluntly told me - give me the noc letter or do what ever you want to do and when i got angry he threatened me that i was under surveillance and can take legal actions against me.
I explained him the full thing but he was very rude.

I want my charges to be waived off by bajaj and file complaint for such bad behaviour - this leving of charges is totally un ethical.

And it is very irritating to hear calls from you in our business working times so please don't call us and when we block any number we are getting calls from other numbers persons are using bed words its like you are forcing us to switch of our mobiles so please take this note and kindly solve our problem

I had bought lg tv from bhandup vijay sales on 17th august 2019 by taking loan from bajaj finserv. My loan application number is a13503105. I am supposed to get rs. 10000 in cash back. I was supposed to receive rs 2000 cash in my bajaj finserv wallet after successful payment of first 3 emis. I have successfully paid 3 emis but i have not received cashback.

Please do the needful.

They cut my 295 rs twice in a month. Without any reason i have a family problem i am suffering from very tough tym i lost my father which is only income source for us. So plzz i req you plz help us i will go to patiala bajaj finance office they said that charges are deduct from sbi bank and when i go to sbi bank branch then they said that mandate charge are cut from bajaj finance. Plz solve my complain i need money plz.

I am getting the calls for taking personal loans and other products from bajaj finance from different numbers every time which is very harassing. I request you to kindly get those calls stopped from bajaj finance. Not only bajaj finance but other banking finance calls like hdfc, lic and icici bank calls are also reaching me any time. I was paid my loan payments on time. but BAJAJ charged 295 rupees 3 times on today Dec 17, 2019..that means 295*3 . Kindly check about that.. Previously i was missed my loan date.. After i was paid with penlaty fees. I received a confirmation message about paying.. But today BAJAJ Fin charged again 3 times.
So here today from my account to transfer:
Sbi charg for failed mandate txnbajaj finance 295 *3 times. Why this was happen, one of the baja poc said there will be no additional charge, but today from account 295*3 times it was dr.. Please refund the amount ASAP.

This amount was deducted from my company's bank account automatically w/o any consent. I need to know the reason for the same.

I have seen the same amount being deducted from many accounts and customer complaints on the same.

This is legally not accepted and i would want to sue the company for the same.

Even after repeatedly requesting i get called daily 4 to 5 times from the time i have taken consumer loan from you and on top i get bonus messages about pre-approved loans on day to day basis. I am totally convinced that never ever i am going to reach bajaj finserv after such harassment after falling for no-emi #.

Please note my customer id[protected] for action, in-case someone from bajaj finserv feels this is indeed a real concern.

Five months ago a telephonic call from bajaj finance for perosonal loan (Neha mathur) after discuss with mr vevek agarwal for details my profile. Payment terms yerly agst insurence india first maha jeeban plan rs 35, 000/- on 07.08.19 & next bhatati axa life insurence rs 29, 000/- mr vivek agarwal serverl time to take disbusmnet of loan, last date 3rd dec 2019.

Please solve the mater as soon as possibel

There are too many calls from bajaj finance multiple times a week. I have asked repeatedly not to call me about their investment options etc but nothing seems to work. They are calling again and again and again. Is there a way to stop these calls? Their website doesn't have the option like other websites. I just want the calls to stop. No other company tortures people like this

1.When I purchased this Bajaj emi card I was told it is an EMI card and whenever I want to shop with this I need to bring this card along with my id proof.
How come I know that BAJAJ have changed my simple EMI card to Digital card without my consent????
THE CARD IS IN MY SAFE CUSTODY AND IT WAS NEVER LOST OR STOLEN. HOW SOMEBODY CAN MISUSE THIS?????
2.I recd a call from your office at my alternative registered mobile number of my husband when fraudulent transaction of Rs.79000 happened for the fourth time???
Why I was not contacted at this alternative number when my card was digitalized???? OR when FIRST fraudulent transaction of Rs.1 lakh something was done from this after a gap of so many years??????
and subsequent transactions of Rs14000 happened for second and third time????
3.Why no written consent was taken from me when my card was digitalized????
4.Why KYC guidelines were not followed from bajaj side when this card was not used for so many years?????
5.Why these people increased credit limit on their own without my written consent and without KYC COMPLIANCE????
6.On calling your customer care on 30.11.2019, I was told that all fradulent transactions done will be cancelled and I will receive confirmation of the same on my new mobile number
Still Why all communication is sent at old mobile number making the fraudster alert????
7.BAJAJ PEOPLE HAVE ISSUED ME THE CARD NOT THE MOBILE THEN WHY TRANSACTION TAKING PLACE ON THE BASIS OF MOBILE NUMBER AND NOT CARD REQUIREMENT???
WHY THE FOCUS IS ON MOBILE DETAILS RATHER THAN CARD OR CUSTOMER DETAILS????

I changed my mobile number years back and IDEA company issued that number to someone else who with the help of my confidential information leakage by bajaj people is misusing the card.

BAJAJ PEOPLE BREACHED RBI GUIDELINES BY SHARING MY PERSONAL DATA IN CONNIVANCE WITH SOME INSIDERS AND ALLOWED FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS. THEY DIDNOT FOLLOW KYC NORMS AND INCREASED CREDIT LIMIT ON INACTIVE CARD ON THEIR OWN WITHOUT MY CONSENT. WHY BAJAJ DID NOT FEEL THE NEED TO DO KYC CHECK BEFORE CARD ACTIVATION????
BECAUSE OF THEIR LETHARGIC APPROACH, FRAUDSTER BECAME ALERT AND SWITCHED OFF HIS PHONE FOR WHICH THEY ARE AGAIN BLAMING ME.
Inspite of writing so many mails. I have not received a single satisfactory reply from their side.
I was told that they are referring this case to their investigation team which will take 21 working days time to investigate details as where and to whom goods have been delivered and they will follow up with merchants for further enquiries. Now within two days I am receiving mail from Ms Devika that they have completed their investigation and closed request that O.T.P has been used to initiate transaction.
PLEASE SHARE THE DOCUMENTED INVESTIGATION THEY HAVE DONE SINCE IT CAME TO THEIR NOTICE ON 28.11.2019 THAT FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS ARE HAPPENING ON THIS CARD AND THEY CANCELLED TRANSACTION OF RS.79000 FROM AMAZON AT THEIR END AFTER CONFIRMING FROM MY HUSBAND AT MY ALTERNATE NUMBER
IF ALL TRANSACTIONS WERE GENUINE WITH OTP THEN WHY THEY CALLED AT ALTERNATE NUMBER TO CONFIRM THE GENUINENESS OF TRANSACTION AND ON REFUSAL BY MY HUSBAND YOU CANCELLED THE SAME.
INSTEAD O[censored]NDERSTANDING THE SERIOUSNESS THAT A FRAUD HAS HAPPENED AND INITIATING APPROPRIATE ACTION TO SAFEGUARD CUSTOMER, BAJAJ PEOPLE ARE DEFENDING THEMSELVES AND HARASSING INNOCENT CUSTOMER.

I have been issued the bajaj allianz insurace which i have not applied for and the amount of rs 12000 is being processed from baja emi network card.

On saturday 7th dec i got sms and email with the welcome kit of bajaj allianz insurance that i ahve not applied for

I tried to contact to customer care number but all the number that are provide are just ivr you cannot talk to customer care executive

I have also dropped email at [protected]@bajajfinserv.in still i have not received any response from their end

There is no customer care number where i could talk to their executive and clear this issue
