This amount was deducted from my company's bank account automatically w/o any consent. I need to know the reason for the same.

I have seen the same amount being deducted from many accounts and customer complaints on the same.

This is legally not accepted and i would want to sue the company for the same.

This complaint is for bajaj finance EMI card issued by you.
Every day getting 4-5 calls from Bajaj Finance to get loan and overdraft facility which I am not interested in. Want to stop getting those calls.

    Hello bajaj finserv,

    Even after repeatedly requesting i get called daily 4 to 5 times from the time i have taken consumer loan from you and on top i get bonus messages about pre-approved loans on day to day basis. I am totally convinced that never ever i am going to reach bajaj finserv after such harassment after falling for no-emi #.

    Please note my customer id[protected] for action, in-case someone from bajaj finserv feels this is indeed a real concern.

    I have been getting frequent calls and SMS from Bajaj finance for personal loan and other financial support. At times it is 5 to 6 times a day. If they do not stop here i will have to issue an official notice.

    They need to stop this right away permenantly
    I am having bajaj finserv rbl card. But, I am frequently getting calls from bajaj finserv company to have loan. My mobile number is [protected].please stop giving calls from bajaj finserv. Thank you.

        There are too many calls from bajaj finance multiple times a week. I have asked repeatedly not to call me about their investment options etc but nothing seems to work. They are calling again and again and again. Is there a way to stop these calls? Their website doesn't have the option like other websites. I just want the calls to stop. No other company tortures people like this

          1.When I purchased this Bajaj emi card I was told it is an EMI card and whenever I want to shop with this I need to bring this card along with my id proof.
          How come I know that BAJAJ have changed my simple EMI card to Digital card without my consent????
          THE CARD IS IN MY SAFE CUSTODY AND IT WAS NEVER LOST OR STOLEN. HOW SOMEBODY CAN MISUSE THIS?????
          2.I recd a call from your office at my alternative registered mobile number of my husband when fraudulent transaction of Rs.79000 happened for the fourth time???
          Why I was not contacted at this alternative number when my card was digitalized???? OR when FIRST fraudulent transaction of Rs.1 lakh something was done from this after a gap of so many years??????
          and subsequent transactions of Rs14000 happened for second and third time????
          3.Why no written consent was taken from me when my card was digitalized????
          4.Why KYC guidelines were not followed from bajaj side when this card was not used for so many years?????
          5.Why these people increased credit limit on their own without my written consent and without KYC COMPLIANCE????
          6.On calling your customer care on 30.11.2019, I was told that all fradulent transactions done will be cancelled and I will receive confirmation of the same on my new mobile number
          Still Why all communication is sent at old mobile number making the fraudster alert????
          7.BAJAJ PEOPLE HAVE ISSUED ME THE CARD NOT THE MOBILE THEN WHY TRANSACTION TAKING PLACE ON THE BASIS OF MOBILE NUMBER AND NOT CARD REQUIREMENT???
          WHY THE FOCUS IS ON MOBILE DETAILS RATHER THAN CARD OR CUSTOMER DETAILS????

          I changed my mobile number years back and IDEA company issued that number to someone else who with the help of my confidential information leakage by bajaj people is misusing the card.

          BAJAJ PEOPLE BREACHED RBI GUIDELINES BY SHARING MY PERSONAL DATA IN CONNIVANCE WITH SOME INSIDERS AND ALLOWED FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS. THEY DIDNOT FOLLOW KYC NORMS AND INCREASED CREDIT LIMIT ON INACTIVE CARD ON THEIR OWN WITHOUT MY CONSENT. WHY BAJAJ DID NOT FEEL THE NEED TO DO KYC CHECK BEFORE CARD ACTIVATION????
          BECAUSE OF THEIR LETHARGIC APPROACH, FRAUDSTER BECAME ALERT AND SWITCHED OFF HIS PHONE FOR WHICH THEY ARE AGAIN BLAMING ME.
          Inspite of writing so many mails. I have not received a single satisfactory reply from their side.
          I was told that they are referring this case to their investigation team which will take 21 working days time to investigate details as where and to whom goods have been delivered and they will follow up with merchants for further enquiries. Now within two days I am receiving mail from Ms Devika that they have completed their investigation and closed request that O.T.P has been used to initiate transaction.
          PLEASE SHARE THE DOCUMENTED INVESTIGATION THEY HAVE DONE SINCE IT CAME TO THEIR NOTICE ON 28.11.2019 THAT FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS ARE HAPPENING ON THIS CARD AND THEY CANCELLED TRANSACTION OF RS.79000 FROM AMAZON AT THEIR END AFTER CONFIRMING FROM MY HUSBAND AT MY ALTERNATE NUMBER
          IF ALL TRANSACTIONS WERE GENUINE WITH OTP THEN WHY THEY CALLED AT ALTERNATE NUMBER TO CONFIRM THE GENUINENESS OF TRANSACTION AND ON REFUSAL BY MY HUSBAND YOU CANCELLED THE SAME.
          INSTEAD O[censored]NDERSTANDING THE SERIOUSNESS THAT A FRAUD HAS HAPPENED AND INITIATING APPROPRIATE ACTION TO SAFEGUARD CUSTOMER, BAJAJ PEOPLE ARE DEFENDING THEMSELVES AND HARASSING INNOCENT CUSTOMER.

            I have been issued the bajaj allianz insurace which i have not applied for and the amount of rs 12000 is being processed from baja emi network card.

            On saturday 7th dec i got sms and email with the welcome kit of bajaj allianz insurance that i ahve not applied for

            I tried to contact to customer care number but all the number that are provide are just ivr you cannot talk to customer care executive

            I have also dropped email at [protected]@bajajfinserv.in still i have not received any response from their end

            There is no customer care number where i could talk to their executive and clear this issue

              Sir/Madam,
              I'm getting repeatedly calls from Bajaj finance asking to hear their offers and loans. No matter how many times I cut their call, they keep calling back. I'm tired of blocking their number. They call from every other number and frustrate me while I'm driving. There is a limit to everything. If the customer is not interested, it is bloody mannerism not to persist them anymore. Kindly take action, else I'll be forced to go further and lodge a serious case against the company!

                  I have paid my emi by 2nd of this month i.e on time.. even though they debited RS.295 from my account..this is very bad that without any intimation they have debited the amount.
                  Despite registering my phone numbers in NDNC; raising complaints with TRAI; I keep on receiving calls for different products from Bajaj Finance.
                  This is one ill behaved company who does not understand the meaning of NO. They are hell bent on irritating people.

                    I applied in bajaj finance for personal loan they often send some link and toll free number
                    Today morning got a call from a person by mentioning loan is approved and told to finish my documentation i got msg he is my executive to guide for loan
                    I attached that msg proof too
                    He said to pay 5500 for insurance charge it’s mandatory so paid then got msg loan is credited and hold but waiting for noc and asked for 12500 for noc
                    I raised query in online they said it’s not bajaj
                    I reached bajaj office they said they are not responsible
                    Please don’t let people like me to suffer again
                    I lost 5500rs
                    It’s not a small amount for a normal citizen
                    I attached all the screenshots of msg i got
                    Please stop this
                    I asked him a proof to confirm he send his pan and aadhar i attached that too

                      I received many calls on my number from various state and cities on behalf of bajaj finance for offers when we ask not to call again again and please update in your system not to call but even after calls coming and they used a worst highly abused language i cant wright here i dont know how the telecom data from different cities and states exchanged its harmful in many ways.

                        I am getting continues loan offer calls from bajaj finance on my mobile no [protected], which irritates me a lot.
                        If i block one no. Then again getting call from another no. So howmany nos need to be block. Why such company irritating people by continues calling, if people need loan then they can contact you directly.. Such studip company must have some sense and dignity, why beggering to people for taking loan.
                        Stop this nonsense calls immediately.
                        Seriously pissed off getting calls from bajaj so frequently though I am registered with DND. Please help

                          Please stop calling me.I receive min 2 calls dailyand at odd timings as well..Its highly disturbing and creating too much nuisance.They said press 2 to opt out in Kannnada, but it goes on repeating the same thing when pressed 2
                          And again the call comes in the night at 8 PM when busy with kids.I have tried to opt out many times without any success. Not sure about the intend of these calls even after rejecting it

                            Bajaj finserv debited twice by 118rs on 26th oct 19 from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_oct19. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv and not ecs. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account. But they did not respond on it. They are unnecessarily charging....

                            I took a loan from ‘bajaj finance’ in 2015 for a bosch washing machine, the loan amount was rs. 24, 000 and the loan was supposed to be interest free.in 2017, i paid all the amount and the representative who took my last payment/installment said that the amount is now cleared and no installment is due. He also assured, that i will get the noc in few days but till date i have not received any noc but recently for the past 2 weeks, i am getting at least 5 calls every day from ‘bajaj finance’ and they are mentally harassing me. Sometimes pretending to be from police and sometimes as goons. The loan reference number is: lan 5800cd25268062.
                            They claim that an amount of rs. 33, 000 is still pending and i can get arrested any day. But when i tell them to send a statement, they disconnect the phone.

                              Bajaj finserv debited rupees 118/- on 26 nov 2019 from my account in the name of bajajfl_mndtvrfchgs_oct19

                              I have procured card by paying fees of rupees 530/- in month of oct 2019.

                              After complaint registering with them reply from them is as follows :

                              "we would like to inform you that, those charges were deducted regarding of ecs mandate charges.
                              To get further clarifications regarding of ecs mandate charges, we request you to kindly walk in to the bank branch.
                              We would like to inform you that regarding charges if the bank says those was not deducted by the them, we request you to kindly share us the written communication from bank with the bank manager signature and stamp of the bank. So, that we can process your request."

                              I already have 2 ecs with same bank and had never being changed for them, the way bajaj finance is charging and reverting to consumer complaint is highly unacceptable since the deduced amount is not being displayed in their statement.

                              Kindly initiate action against them and help me.

                                I received a call from Bajaj Finance for the Bajaj Elite card (for Rs.4999.00) and he guide me how to apply through Bajaj Finserv portal and in next couple of weeks I applied using Bajaj Finserv portal and paid it through Bajaj Wallet on 06/10/2019. The amount of Rs.4999.00 got debited from my Bajaj Wallet and there is no communication from Bajaj related to Bajaj Elite card. I try called bajaj wallet, they redirected to Bajaj finance, I called Bajaj finance they redirected to Bajaj Elite card customer care. I'am being trying to reach them for last one month no one is picked the phone. This is so pathetic. Can some one please raise this to concern team. I just want to cancel the subscription and credit back the amount to the Bajaj Wallet for the Mobile # [protected]

                                    I am receiving irritating phone calls from bajaj finance everyday... Many times i asked them not to call me anymore... I have asked the customer care people that i am not interested in loans and to remove my number from their call list... It's really annoying... Pls help me how to put do not disturb option and i should not receive phone calls from bajaj finance anymore...
                                    I am getting 5 to 10 calls a day from Bajaj finance even after telling them not to call me. Even though my number is registered with DND directory, i am stil getting multiple calls. They are calling me from different mobile and from Pune as well.

                                      Hi i taken flexi loan from bajaj finance but in the month of september and october 2019 they have represented multiple times ecs without giving intimation or information or taking permission for the representation of ecs. Even though my monthly emi is already paid as per respective date.
                                      5 september 2019 and 7 october 2019.
                                      But after the paid of these emi they again represent the ecs on the respective dates twice on 18 september 2019 and 11 october, 16 october and 18 october. Which is totally wrong practice and my amount was charged by the bank for the representation of these ecs.
                                      This is totally unacceptable.
                                      And if the emi got delay by couple of days they start calling multiple numbers of call even though informed them on this particular date emi will be paid. But they again call again and again non stop. And on the call executive threatened me use abusive language. It seems like mental harassment.
                                      My request is to take must action again such unprofessional activity.
