It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, i am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or sms me for loan requirement..

Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against bajaj finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

This is to inform that i have not done any business with bajaj finance for the last 2 years however i found a ecs debit on my savings account for today not sure why and for what, tried raising complaint with their chat box but not sucessfull. This is loot i did not authorise any payment and sure bajaj finserv doens't have any proof too of me getting enrolled in any plan or membership this is unauthorised auto debit.

Please refund my money asap.

I was shocked to see an amount of rs117 debited by bajaj finance without my knowledge and moreover, when there is no outstanding amount with bajaj finance.
I tried calling their customer care but unfortunately there is no option to contact customer care executive.
Finally, i checked with my bank and came to know it is annual card charges against some loan account. Surprisingly, i’ve not requested for any loan or bajaj finance...

I'm sharath ramadhyanam i have a delay payment on lan 400ecf97345529 bcoz of some personal issues! Today one of your excecutives where i informed him i will be able to clear dues by 20th of march and he started abusing me with filthy language! He claims him self as manager and says he will beat me and take money from me! I understand it's my fault to be on due! But this is not the way you talk to customers here is the recording of call and expecting action against him i will also file a threating case against bajaj finserv on this! I have attached a recording for your reference! Thanks!

It has damaged my reputation in my neighbourhood for which bajaj has to pay!

I am r. S. Gavit from mirajgaon ahmednagar. I had applied for vehicle loan in bajaj finance at rashin, ahmednagar but couldn't paid 3rd emi on time so 1 day they people came and took my bike with them like a thief without informing me.. When i contacted them they said your bike is in pune, contact pune office you will be helped by them only. When i called them they said you have to pay all remaining cost in 15 days then only you will get your vehicle otherwise we will auction it and they did the same. And after that they sent letter saying that we auctioned your vehicle at rs.40, 000/- so you have to pay remaining cost which is rs.42, 000/-.. What's this nonsense. Shame on bajaj finance. You auctioned my vehicle without my permission then why are you asking me to pay the remaining cost. Why should i pay?? You need to ask that person only to pay remaining cost whom you have sold it.. And the hell thing is since dec 2018 to aug 2019 sbi is charging amount for failed mandate txn by bajaj finance which is 295/-. Each month they debit amount 2 to 4 times. I don't understand what’s wrong with “sbi and bajaj finance”.. Why they are charging this much for no reason. I request you to please refund my all debited amount as soon as possible...

Hi, this is naresh, without my approval credit card assigned to me and charging annual fee. The only mistake i did is taking personal loan from bajaj few years back, last year also they deducted but i have not verified. Please let us know what to do my end to cancel the credit card, my load completed log back but this # behind me.

I have already raised to block my card through ivr but not sure it will complete deactivate or not. There is no proper customer care number to talk, customer care is only automated options.

I recieved call from nisha offering a loan of 5lac for that to buy a policy of bharti axa advantage plan policy of 42000 to which payment to be made online . It has been 1 month now and she has stopped receiving calls and awnsering ..It looks like a big fraud with the consumers in the name of bajaj finance her number is [protected]
I would to like get this matter resolved and stop this culprits to fool more people ...and bharti axa and bajaj finance should look up in this matter as this fraud involves there company name

I got call from Bajaj Finance for loan and they asked for pay 29678 INR/- at initial and will provide loan on 0% Interest against Insurance. at initial they make hurry and push me to pay so that we can process immediately but till Now i was not receive my Insurance Bond Paper.

I'm getting frequent manual calls from bajaj finance same call and the same subject on low interest loans! These calls are coming irrespective of times and also all the days including holidays! Some times when i'm in unpleasant situation like funeral meetings or in very important chief executive's meetings, i'm totally embarrassed with this, i would like to point out that i'm working as a senior level person in private company and mostly i'll be in sensitive meetings, these calls are really disturbing me a lot and sometimes more and more irritating, i am not in the condition of purchasing any loan or taking over draft from you and i'm not interested at all, but due to this your calls are simply irritating me, i hereby request you to remove my mobile number from your systems and help me to avoid these nuisance calls from various numbers. It will be a great relief for us. Please help

Iam getting calls for Loan from Bajaj finance regularly for many years. Everyday I get a call and SMS approx…

I started asking recently to all associate call me to remove my name from data base.

I even raised consumer complaint recently about this issue and did not get any response.

Today I got a call from this number [protected] from Shalini and his associate spoke to me regarding removal of my name from database.

They disconnected my call continuously when I asked the office address to meet and submit my concern about my number removal from data base.

One of the Associate ( did not tell me his name) spoke to me and using abusive words without even asking my concern..Which is not at all acceptable..What kind of Employees you have…..

Iam filing a consumer compliant again with this number and till the problem resolves iam going to raise the compliant continuously whenever I get a call.

They call me while my working hours and disturbing my official and personal time even I say iam not interested.

I urge you to take immediate actions….

Bajaj finance is charging me Rs 117, as Annual card fees. The card was blocked by bajaj finance and I could not use it in the period of September 2018 to September 2019. I had available a loan for my phone in August 2018. The final emi was paid in August 2019, without any faulty emi. Still, bajaj finance blocked my card and I could not use it in these months. Please stop looting people Bajaj Finance

Daily, i am receiving atleast 10 calls both ivr and customer care from bajaj finance as on pre-approved loans.
I have already opted for dnd and spoke to the vodafone customer care and visited their stores multiple times. They say dnd is activated, but still i am not sure how i am receiving these spam calls daily.
Everyday i block all these numbers, but still i get calls from various new numbers. I have mentioned many times to the bajaj finance customer care executives that i do not require any loans and if required, i will reachout. But, still i get so many calls daily.
It is really a mental torture and i am not able to attend any other unknown calls due to the calls from bajaj finance.
Please help on how they can stop spamming me and disturbing daily with multiple calls.

Number of times i habe been told to your executive but still they arw calling. It is irritating now and i would do whatever complaints under it come, consumer, police, etc if it won't stop.

Jihad taken loan and that also re paid on time now i don't need any loan so please don't call me everyday. This is mental harassment as everyday getting call from bajaj 3-4 times which is ridiculous. Please take appropriate answer or elder i will definitely do it will all these people who all suffering so that your license should get canceled.

Hi, i receive incessant calls from bajaj finance multiple times a day from different numbers. So even if i block one number, they call from another. I have repeatedly told all the callers to remove my name from the list as i do not need any financial help but no avail. Some numbers are[protected], [protected], and many more.

This needs to be taken up seriously.

Today morning (11/10/2019) by 10:30 am one of the collection agents whose name is deepan, mobile number [protected] approached my home for collecting the loan amount which was out of due date for 6 days. (Kindly note this loan was received by my brother viswanathan who is out of station due to official work). This collection agent started shouting us before our neighbors which is not supposed to do as per norms for rbi. The collection agent threatened and used abusive words with my mom and me for repaying the amount who looked like local gundas who refused to show his id card and revile his name.

To your kind notice, we are no way related to the loan amount for repayment because it was received by my brother and instead of checking with him, he literally fought with us in front of my house. This incident made my mom and i go on depression and really upset about it.

Nbcf like bajaj finserv collection agent misbehaving needs to be taken into serious account for further misbehavior from us and as well as for other customers.

Why relatives of the consumers are getting torture instead of the actual one. (Leads to wrong decision unnecessarily)

To rbi and finance minister of india,

Please request to take necessary steps against this kind of misbehaver issue.

We are having an agreement with bajaj finance agreement number : 6m1rcdey827643 the balance was well maintained the bank before the due date of emi. Due to some reason the emi deducted from bank on 11.10.2019 instead of 07.10.2019. The recovery manger mr. Jigar patel from silvassa branch come to our home and start demanding money of emi with penalty with knowing anything and started harassing our family member. I kindly request you to take necessary action against him.

I got a call yesterday saying that i will get loan from bajaj finance against insurance policy of bharti axa at the 0%rate of intrest but provided i need to pay 1 year loan installment in advance for a insurance policy that to before sanction the loan. I got dought and i check in google about it and come to know it's fake and already many people has complaint about the same since 2015. I called her and asked about google complaint and she cut the call. My only concern is the 2 reputed company names are taken for this fraud so both the company should take action against this fraud.
