I have successfully submitted documents but EMI card doesn't issue?

Bajaj Finserv have deducted 118rs from my account. Without any permission or knowledge. I don't know why they have charged me this amount. I have no knowledge of this deduction. Please ask them to refund this amount in my account.I want my refund back and tell them not to deduct any amount in future. Thank you so much. Will be very grateful, if I will get my refund my back.

I have cleared. EMI payment. Few months I have Financial problem then EMI payment late for 4, to 5 days.
But I have cleared all month of EMI
Last Month's EMI Paid early on 28th May, then get bounce charge of Rs.1511
Today my Account balance is Rs. -1250
It's a Ridiculous Bajaj Finance System

I have purchased mobile phone through Poorvika mobiles, Kumananchavadi branch with Bajaj finance. Paid 6 EMI if they requested with the bounce charges. However, we totally fed with the service. There is no educated people working with the customer care. Unwanted words they speaking please look into the issue customers are facing. While we are paying our money still we are getting an unwanted local words from them. Take an action otherwise I will go directly to the lady to take a action.

My Loan Account Number : 404REM83001354,
I bought a Titan Watch with your Retail EMI card in the month of July 2018, the Titan people told me that there is no Processing fee on this purchase. But you have charged me Rs. 117 as Processing Fees on 1st Installment, but you did not informed me verbally or through online communication.
my question now is (1) why you did not informed about that and why did you not deducted that Rs. 117 from my account through ECS, though you have charged fine of Rs. 200/- for that Rs. 117/- and deducted from my account. I now that you have kept me in dark about Rs. 117/- and kept on charging Rs. 200/- as fine every month and deducted the same bimonthly (Rs. 400/-), this is very much bad on your company and i feel you are cheating the prestigious customer in other way. (2) when I received a message saying Rs. 400/- still pending, then I went to your customer service center in "Prestige Towers, Residency Road, Bangalore" and inquired. But your customer service executive told me "they are helpless" (they are like dumb and deaf & did not allow me to talk to the higher authority) and I paid the balance of Rs. 117 and Rs. 400/- on[protected] there itself and took "NOC" and I received "No Due Certificate".
(3) But after paying all the dues "as per your unknown intention" again you have deducted Rs. 400/- and "cheating" the customer like me... WHY?. THIS IS THE WAY YOU ARE EARNING by making ECS facility.

Now, I request you to return my amount by REVERTING the Excess amount which you have deducted soon.
OR else I will go to the RBI and complain, go to the Commissioner of Police and Complain, and also i am planning to take legal action on you.

I AM FED UP OF YOUR BEHAVIOUR and money making policy.

I have taken a loan from bajaj finance and i am clearing its emi regularly. Inspite of me paying the emi in advance they have autodeducted the money in a fraudulent act and on top of that they hab deducted the late payment charges. There is no good response from the company even when i hav complained to them repeatedly. On top of this inspite of my repeated requests and denial to use another card they have sent another RBL card and have deducted my money for the same. How can a company be such a fraud.

Kindly take necessary action for misusing my PAN no and the bajaj fin ltd has provided the two wheeler loan L2WKGR05890895 for the fake candidate whose information are added to my PAN no. I have raised a dispute complaint against this in myscore.cibil.com

Sir CONSUMER TRAM insurance ke naam par mere sath fraud Hua hai . Jab mene mobile finence karaya tha next day 2600 rs. Ke CONSUMER TRAM insurance ke liye call aaya tha mene nahi liya fir bhi mere mobile finance ke sath add kar diya. Or na hi koi polisy mujhe mili. Or har month meri mobile ki installment 1399 rs. ke jagah 1771 rs. Ecs se mere axis bank a/c se nikalte rahe. Or jab[protected] ko meri sari installment time par paid ho gayi to aaj mujhe 4288 rs. Outstanding ka msg bajaj se time 3:42 PM. Par aaya. this is fraud. Or mera EMI CARD BHI PERMANENTLY BLOCKED KAR DIYA.

I receive daily call from Bajaj Finance for no reason. I have cleared about no requirement of Loan for any reason even though I receive call on daily basis. Also for each call i requested executive for cancel my number for their calling list but as expected no action.
I request you to take strong action against such cases due to privacy and DND right.
please instruct Bajaj Finance to stop calling people who don't want their loan.

For now requesting to exclude my number [protected] from list.

I have got call from Ms. Supriya recovery agent from phone number [protected] from Chandrapur. I was having oustanding instalment of this month, which I told her that I will pay on monday on 10-06-19. On that she used foul language and talked very rudely so that I have to the amount right now. I am a regular customers of Baja finance you can check also my track record i though pay late but clear my dues. This lady Ms. Supriya is very arrogant in behaviour and pressurised me very badly by speaking foul language. I am very much disappointed by bajaj finserv recovery agent, next time if such behaviour repeated I will file police complaint against her. Please ask your employees to behave properly. We have taken loans from baja finance but that doesn't mean that Ms. Supriya has purchased me. She speaking in that tone that we are her "gulam". I request you to please take action against her otherwise she we ruin baja finance customer.

Hello Sir, my name is Bhupinder Singh I got my phone finance with bajaj finance and I was offered a credit card of RBL bank by bajaj finance.
On 12th March I made some purchasing of Rs 22450/- with this card and I was expecting payment by ECS EMI like other loan payments were going on with Bajaj Finance. But I got shocked to hear an afternoon call on April 06 when I was in Ludhiana that I have missed my payment before due date. Sir I requested that lazy that I have not received any statement of account even hard or by soft copy even by SMS. I requested her I do not have any information about what amount I have to pay, when to pay, what is my statement date and what is my due date. Same Saturday evening I received an SMS of payable of Rs 22450/-, because of the SMS came late in the evening unfortunately I was moved to the ruler area and because of poor network coverage I was unable to make the payment same day. I requested her to pay it by tomorrow and the payment was made on very next day on Sunday April 07, when I came to my home and requested the caller to that I want to discontinue with RBL Bank credit card. She told me to make the payment first then I will be able to discontinue with this and I informed her that I have made the payment she suggested my to call the customer care number and block the card. I did so but RBL bank send me another card by courier.
Sir, now I am receiving threaten calls by them to pay sum of Rs 2405.76.
Sir, I do not know what is this amount for, I visited RBL bank branch Sector-16, Faridabad to know about charges and call to customer care was made by them and the caller Mr. Salman told me that they send me the statement by email and I will be see it. But till date no information about the charges is provided to me. I have made my payment when I received the SMS. No other purchasing is made by me after this.
Sir, you are requested to please take necessary as required because they are threatening me that they will send recovery team to my residence and take legal action against me.

I have missed May EMI For my Byke Loan from Bajaj Finance and repeatedly got calls from recovery agents, then I NEFT the EMI Amount to the given Account number by agent and in the same date EMI cheque submitted by company also.

Now I am calling to the agent but he is neither answering nor sending receipt for the NEFT amount.

Kindly resolve this issue ASAP

I have purchused an ac for worth 32000 for which i was supose to pay the emi of 2500 for 8 months and the dp of 2200 as per the breakup given by your finance executive working in snehaanjali and now the emi shown to me is 3858 for 8 months and with the 0 dp
This kind of manipulation and fraud is very disappointed
I have the bills and also there are corrections done by someone on the record
Kindly look in to this matter as i have to suffer for this behaviour of your executive

Unfortunately, i wanted to avail no cost emi facility. Hence applied for bajaj emi card. Amount of rs 412 debited without my knowledge. Waited for 2-3 weeks. First of all its hell of confusion & unclear to apply & check for status. Cannot talk to them directly. However since card not received i have been writing mail for refund and that i do not want card due to pathetic service of bajaj finance.

They have been assuring to credit my amount in next 2 days. Next 2 days. Next one week. I get this reply every time i write mail to them. I had to send my account statement 3 times as asked by them. All this despite i being old customer who successfully closed a loan of rs 25000 3 years ago.

They are bunch of # & punks.

My personal loan account no is 555pht 39096138. I am going to foreclose my loan amount on 5.5.2019. My account statement shown rs 3.02, 667. But your bank people are asking to pay 4.60% more as foreclosing charge. No other bank has demanded like this. Please waive off my 4.60% foreclosing charge... Please send me mail conformation.
