I have been receiving numerous calls from bajaj finance offering overdraft loan facility. I have told them many times that i don't need and asked them to stop calling me, but i still receive calls every day. They even argue with me on why i don't want to take it. These are the most unethical people i have ever known. Last few days i have received numerous calls and i even shouted at them why they are harassing like this, but i got a call again today. How is this allowed? How can they disturb our privacy so much and still get away?

    I applied for an od loan and shared documents to an executive called vaibhav for the same and due to delay i asked to cancel the loan application and the process was completed.

    But without my knowledge and without informing me the executive has shared my documents to personal loan department and other finance dept for which they logged in my application and made cibil enquiries 3 times on consecutive days which impacts my cibil now.

    On discussing the issue with customer care they acknowledged in email stating it will be removed from cibil on 25th feb 2019 but almost 3 months am following but they have not resolved the issue.

    They have made false cibil enquiries and acknowledged the same in email but they are not resolving it.

      My mother smt pushpa atmaram sali had fd's with bajaj finance ltd. She expired on 5th feb 2019. The fd were surrendered by me (Nominee - archana r. Kandekar) for settlement. But all the fd's were considered under pre maturity section and according the settlement was done.
      I would like to mention that because of death the fd's were closed. There is no question of prematurity.in this cases why should there be any deductions as is done...

      I bought a tv from bajaj finane for which i paid all the installments but when i checked my cibil scire the bajaj finance loan is still showing pending by rs18000 and my loan was completed 2 years ago but i havent received my NOC yet. Due to their unprofessional behaviour and not updating my loan status i am not able to get ajy loan now becuae they ruined my entire cibil

        My loan got finished long back with last emi was about 2 years ago for above-mentioned loan account but today i have seen another transaction on my account for inr117 saying "cms/[protected]/bajaj_auto_cd_404
        0cd03028485".

        Can i know why this transaction has been made without my knowledge and purpose of it?

          The manager of guntur, yellisetty vinay came to house for only 1 pending emi. He behaved and talked rudely as if i was a default customer for more than 3 months. He talked indecently regarding my job and insulted my self-respect. I responded to executive, call centre people. But, he had not even called me once and blamed that i was not responded. I responded to executive, mr. Koduri hanumantha rao. He insulted my employment and my self-respect at my house. For only 1pending emi, he is not supposed to come to my house and talk much rudely.

            I took personal loan of 3 lakhs they got mail verification about loan amount interest and emi. After that they didn't disperse amount fir long time. After i ask many times when they check, they sent wrong account number then asked for excuse first time it happened.
            Second when my emi came it's more than my emi amount. When i informed many times they said don't mind msg. Ur approved amount only will cut. But extra amount got deducted. They never mind. We are correcting. Like that simply they are postponed. I m loosing because of their careless ness. Rs. 15000.
            I kindly request ambikapur, chhattisgarh branch don't take loan. They are planned cheater.

                I am rajkumar. I have bought mobile on finance my all the emi is completed after that 3 instalment of rs 1152 is deducted from my account without any acknowldgement. My account no 20010604

                I received massage from bajaj for health policy but i didnt revert on that meassage. I dont want any health insurance. I request plz revert my three instalment of rs 1152 in my account and stoped the deduction from my account. I received call from bajajphone no [protected] he is using bad words.

                  Hi my name is abanish i took a loan from bajaj finance it was a consumer loan however i paid 1 emi and do to some personal and financial issues i was unable to make payments after that like 3 to 4 emis. Instead of explaining the whole situation to the loan recovery guys they keep calling and keep asking money on that very date however i have never said that i will not pay but i need sometime until things settle down because in the past as well i have taken loans and i have paid those flawlessly but this time problems happen so now they have started harassing my parents by calling them and by talkin with them on a very rude manner and threatening them by saying police will be coming at your place to arrest you or something like that.
                  Please take actions regarding the person name irfan with the number[protected]
                  If this is the case i will have to file a complaint against bajaj and let the case go on court will see it what are the legal options to penalized

                      I am getting 4-5 calls everyday from bajaj finance for personal loan and overdraft. It comes from the personal mobile numbers and by know i have blocked more than 30-40 numbers, but it is not ending only. This is very inconvenient to me as it bothers me during work hours and when i am in meetings, etc. The unknown mobile number compels me to take the call since i do not want to miss a call for work from client or social connection.

                      Kindly help me and spare me with such overloaded junk calls.

                      Your help will be highly appreciated.

                        I'm living in Mumbai, i'd purchased few goods through Bajaj Finserv my Customer ID and my mobile number is, my problem now is i'm getting frequent automated/manual calls from Bajaj Finserv alomost 4 to 5 times a day, the same call and the same subject on low interest loans ! these automated calls are coming irrespective of times and also all the days including holidays ! Some times when i'm in unpleasant situation like death condolence or funeral meetings or in very important chief executive's meetings, i'm totally embarrassed with this, I would like to point out that i'm working as a senior level person in private company and mostly i'll be in sensitive meetings, these calls are really disturbing me a lot and sometimes more and more irritating, i am not in the condition of purchasing any loan from you and i'm not interested at all, since i bought few goods like TV and a mobile phone for easy EMI options i preferred bajaj finance but due to this your automated and manual calls are simply irritating me everyday, i request you to remove my mobile number from your systems and help me to avoid these nuisance calls please.It will be a great relief for me and my family too.Please understand my situation and help.

                          I have done payment of 25000/- through net banking of hdfc on 3rd march 2019 but still it is not reflecting in the rbl account.

                          I have alogged a complaint on this on your call center number ([protected]) on 17th march& sent several mails to rbl & bajaj along with my hdfc bank statement in which it is clearly reflecting the payment. But there is no response from them.

                            I have already put the amount more than emi in account than also the amount was not deducted..that was of samsung tv emi.
                            i have lodge a complainet as well, the customer care person who called me i hav also informed him regarding the same he told there mightvme or is server issue, i told him to wright a complainet against it he told he will aftr tht 3 more calls came i told them to raise a complaint and they told ok they will
                            .. i cant understand why the hell are they talking rudely.the way of talking of 1momedian lady she told me" lene ka ni na and more abusing sentences she told me" not only her now only 1 more lady called me and more employess.
                            . just complaint or sue them otherwise i will case against each n every person who have spoken with me.i also have recording .i will as well post on twitter ans social media their recording that how bajaj people speak even though telling them that there was issue from. Their side.
                            Raise a compalinet that why emi was not deducted the date was 2nd of every month and money was deposited on 1st.. and 2nd main thing complaint of every person who have spoken rudely in very abbusing manner i will case agaist them if they have not solvedcmy problem ..because of bajaj issue my ami bkuncing charges hav been deducted 2500..i want my money back.or just solve my casee asap by this week only or else i will case against each n every person on social media as well.. n yess veryyyy thurdclass way of talking how bajaj people speak on call.. specially that farzana i guess.                               I received a threatening call from delhi saying they're registering a case against me because of the non payment of loan 465dpf85237646 of a phone note8 which is of 55, 000, i never bought any note8 phone from bajaj finserv. But still they are forcing me to make the payment and threatening me by making such calls

                                    Daily 25 to 26 times phone calls from bajaj finserve for credit card. I am not interested to take credit card . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no .[protected].
                                    Bajaj Finance/Finserv repeatedly calling every day and annoying/disturbing us. They do not understand "No". Neither they stop calling. When we ask to escalate the CALL TO their supervisor, they disconnect and block our number so that we cannot call them and yell our frustration out. Looks like management of Bajaj Finance has this strategy on purpose. My mobile number is under DND, still, these ### keep calling. Is there any regulatory action we can take against Bajaj Finance

                                      Subject: Not received the product of which

                                      I placed the order for Dining Table, Sofa Cum Bed & Teapoy with Kingdom furniture in Nerul, Navi Mumbai on On 27th January, 2019, worth value of Rs.73000/-.
                                      I was assured by Mr. Abdul Khan (Sales person) & Umer Khan (Owner) that I would receive the ordered furniture by 16th February, 2019, . (20 Days after placing order), but till date I have still not received the any delivery of my furniture, further I have paid the down payment of 13, 600/- as well as one EMI of 6800/- to Bajaj Finserv.
                                      On 02nd April, 2019 I have visited Bajaj Finserv office in Vashi, Navi Mumbai & met Mr. Nitin (Sales person of Bajaj Finserv, Nerul Area) and we agreed at the point that the placed order would be arrive on 05th April, 2019, .but still I haven’t received my furniture yet. It’s been more than 2 month I have been waiting for the furniture but still no proper delivery date is been assured by Mr. Umer Khan and even Mr. Nitin isn’t helping me out with any proper delivery confirmation. In addition, Mr. Umer Khan has also shut his shop located at Kingdom Furniture & Interior, Shop No - 7/8, Neelkanth Bldg, Plot No – 35/36, Sector - 42A, Seawoods (West) Navi Mumbai – 400706 and I have received neither proper confirmation of a delay nor any other correspondence from him. I am planning to file a police complaint against Mr. Umer Khan as well as Nitin for preceding the Loan amount to Mr. Umer without confirming the delivery of the furniture.
                                      As I have still not received the furniture, I have stopped my EMI for the month of April, 2019 & I won’t further pay any EMI for this Loan until my furniture gets delivered. I am giving you a final opportunity to Mr.Umer Khan & Mr. Nitin gets my delivery of the furniture as the earliest. Time is now essential. Please deliver the item as soon as possible, If he do not deliver the furniture by 10th April, 2019, I will be entitled to consider our contract at an end and will expect you to refund me the full down payment & 1 EMI which I have paid.
