Regarding lan 404pmt82110278 part payment made in the month of november at service branch rajajinagar brach, is not reduced from principle till march end and interest also has not been adjusted accordingly. One agent call me and say hi congratulations you have 500000 rupees loan approval and you have pay 27 thousand pay for advanced insurance policy. so I am not sure this agent is he fake agent please check my upload photos and action.

    It's been 3-4 years now, i do not know why bajaj finance do not understand that i am not interested in their product. Continuously calling me for their product. They are like criminals falling behind you. They are not sensitive and no common sense to understand people request. They think by torturing like this they can convince customer? I would never buy any product from them since they have tortured me so many days by continuously calling from past 3-4 years.
    Regarding the refund of excess amount for Loan account no 401PST47262877.

      I tried to log into my bajaj finance account, but i found that wrong birthday is registered with you. As i put the actual date, but it is showing invalid, thus i'm not being able to login to my account also.. Kindly help. I urgently need to check my current emi structure as i need to buy a laptop on an immediate basis. But i'm not being able to buy it with the help of bajaj finance. If it's not possible, then i need to look for some other emi option.
      I have already paid my bike loan but still my loan reflecting on CIBIL

          I have bought whirlpool ac on emi from bajaj finance on 10 march 2019 now i want to cancel asset care i dont need it. My asset care policy no is 403bewec249902. I was tried to call your toll free coustomer care number but they refused to take the call. My emi will start from 02april2019 so do it before 02 april. Do it fast please cancel asset care policy. Please understand and once you cancelled please let me know. I already raised complaint but no response. Please take this complaint immediately.

            This is to state that I have been writing to you regarding the loan which I not taken only two loans are there which are on going .

            2. 401DPFES700132

            The above I 'm paying but 4010CD[protected]I have not taken any such loan from you . And the EMI 2901 is also been deducting from my account .It is very sad this is the second time I'm facing the problem from your company .I won't tolerate such kind of indecency with me . I will go to court and file the case against you I have all the proof with me latest and the past . This is not the new thing I have been writing from last month nothing is going on .Please look into this matter and do the needful. Please revert the amount which have been taken from the couple of the months .

              Hi,
              I got a call from +91-[protected] today at 5:40 PM.
              He shared his name Rahul (Not sure, surname might be sharma or Bajaj).
              When i asked him to stop calling me as I almost get 3-4 calls from Bajaj almost every week. He started talking in abusive language.

              Its very frustrating to get frequent calls from Bajaj Finance for loan/Card.

              Can you look into the matter...

                    I never took any Loan from Bajaj Finserv, I am getting frequent abusive calls from the below number:

                    They are telling my friend has taken some loan and didn't paid any installments from past 6 Months. They are calling me saying my number is given as as reference so they are asking me to convince my friend and get the money.
                    They called in my office also and spoiling my reputation.

                    Please take action on this

                      I, vaibhav arora have loan account no. 438spf22355416. Since inception, no emi was dishonored. Due to certain unforeseen circumstances, my last emi was dishonored and a panelty of rs.1200/- was imposed. I talked to the bajaj representative who called me and explained the reasons. He informed me to pay 70% of dishonored charges and he committed that 30% shall be waived by him as per his authority. I do not remember his name as number of calls were coming on that day. After emi, i deposited rs.850/- as promised, but msgs for non deposit of rs.350/- started pouring in. This is totally unprofessional by the co. As their representative promised something which was agreed to and paid by me and still these msgs. I request you to waive rs.350/- in order to maintain confidence in calling to your or by your representative to the customer. Thanks.

                        I got a call from bajaj finance that i availed for a personal loan for the amount of 54000inr. As per their confirmation over phone i have to pay the emi for 36 months as 2413 inr, but i said i do not need this loan because the total amount will be 86868 inr. So they said that you pay monthly emi as 2755 inr for 24 months, then only i accepted to process the loan. Then i got the loan on 07.03.2019, after deduction some amount i got 47928 inr.

                        On 16.03.2019, as per the app it is showing that the monthly emi amount is 3132inr, so the total amount will be 75168 inr, but as per their confirmation for 2755 inr as a monthly emi then it will be 66120 inr only. So i called to the particular person who got the signatures from me in the application form, he said that i am outside now, i will call back. But he didn't called me again, on 18.03.2019 & 19.03.2019, i called him but he is not answering to my call for these 2 days.
                        I am requested to cancel my mobile insurance because customer service privider talking to unfartunatly am said to yes.kindly cancel my insurance mobile no [protected].customer id[protected]

                            I got the below sms from bajaj finserv ltd and stated that to pay amount rs.1089. Fyi

                            Pfb message which i got from bajaj:"dear thirugnanam m, your hdfc insurance policy is issued. Your policy number is hc000101_02k3x. First payment of rs.1089 is due on 5-apr-19. Keep your account funded to avoid bounce penal and overdue charges. If you have any queries regarding your policy please give us a miss call on [protected].
                            Bajaj finance ltd"

                            I have not requested any insurance policy as of now.. It's not relevant to me. Still now i am not received any policy-hc000101_02k3x (Hard copy & soft copy).

                            Also i didn't get any prior update about this policy., then how to surrender the policy.

                            Why i need to pay emi for this policy?

                            When i asked the details to their customer care to sent email they said to surrender policy letter like that, they are refused me and cheat
                            Ing their customers.
                            We regret to inform you that we are unable to cancel your policy

                            Your full refund period is over.

                            Hence we can not process your request for the insurance cancellation, however you can surrender the policy

                            Please help us with below documents for surrender process

                            1) surrender request letter

                            Please check this and revert this as soon as possible.

                            As per the Policy, I have paid the full amount of Rs.10000 on May'2017 when Personal Loan disbursed.

                            Also it's single premium only.

                            my question is why do I need pay EMI for this policy again?

                            if you are not cancelled this EMI, I will file RTI complaint and case for this.

                            there is no proper response from Bajaj Finance still now. even not able to contact any customer care executive.

                              They call from their private numbers through the day. It irritates me a lot.

                              I told them several times to stop calling me.

                              At least i received calls from 50 different
                              Sales people for the sane again and again.

                              But they have not stopped.

                              Request you to delete my number from the database.

                              Please stop calls from bajaj finance, I don't need any loan, overdraft or other services. I am currently receive these calls since over 2 years, and very upset from them. I have asked theme several times to remove my number from database and don't want to receive these calls.

                                  Re : dishonour of standing debit instruction favouring bajaj finance ltd @rs 1834/ for six months from staff od a/c 11873, sumit kumar mitra and others

                                  I refer to above mentioned matter and understand from bajaj finance ltd. That emi for the month of march 2019 of rs 1834/ have been dishonoured by the bank without assigning any reason though there is enough available balance in the account.

                                  Yesterday i received a phone call from one of the representatives of bajaj finance ltd that emi for the month have been dishonoured by the bank. When i asked for the return memo from the representative of bajaj finance ltd, he verbally informed that bank has not given to them any return memo or assigned any reason for such dishonour of emi so they are unable to produce with me any documentary evidence of such negligent action of the bank.

                                  Kindly advise me the reason for bank's such negligent action which has damaged my reputation and rating for no fault of mine. It may be mentioned this is not the first occasion that the bank has acted negligently causing damage to my reputation.

                                  Incidentally the bank has debited my said a/c with rs 118/ as emi charges twice once on 15.01.2019 and the other in this month. How the bank could debit such charges twice for one single emi instruction? Kindly arrange to refund rs 118 for debiting twice as mentioned above.

                                    I've been receiving calls from bajaj finance group in the name of mr. Anil kumar chilamcherla, who's number i'm now using. I took the number more than 3 years back. Though i've been asking them to update their database, i'm receiving calls more than 5 times a day. Which is very annoying. I've been mentally disturbed because of this. Again and again, even after explaining the bajaj finance people over the phone that there's no anil kumar here, they keep saying that my number is stored as mr. Anil's number. After requesting them for the past 3 and a half years, i am still receiving such calls, not one or two but more than 5 calls per day.
