Recently when i applied for a loan, then i came to know that there is some issue in my cibil score

While further investigation on it i came to know rs. 56, 154/- showing over due against me, for some consumer loan of rs. 10396/- which i have taken in 2011.

It may be noted that, i have never been informed about this overdue by credit institute in last 8-9 years.

Then cibil provided me account details as following
Name of the credit institution: kotak bank
Loan account number. : bf3c024388

I contacted kotak bank, they directed me to baja finance and provide me contact no. Of relationship manager (Mr. Robin kumar).

When i talk to him and brief him about my case, he said i have to pay 32000/- to close this account. It may be noted that, due principle amount is rs. 10, 396/- only.

Then i have asked him to provide details how they are claiming 56154 /- and then agree on 32000/-, he said this details can not be provided.

After that his response was very unprofessional. Earlier he was even not agree to provide me his e-mail id for formal communication when i forced and said that “ in that case i have to call kotak bank for your e-mail id” he provided me his mail id without spelling.

Well i have dropped mail to him at robin. [protected]@kotak.com for closing this account but since his response was very unprofessional i am raising my complain on this platform too.

    Hello,

    Baja Finserv has deducted Rs. 117/- from my BANK OF BARODA savings account without any reason. I don't have any outstanding amount with Bajaj Finserv. How can they deduct any amount from my account while I don't have any outstanding amount. Please refund my amount as soon as possible and block this unwanted card of Bajaj Finserv.

      Hi,

      I had bought a 40" led tv (Samsung) from reliance digital, axis mall, kolkata on 07/04/2017 18:16:41.
      The emi's were charged from my citibank account.
      The emis have been fully paid off. When i checked that account i found 2 emis running together (Rs.3333, and rs.3328).
      Then i checked one of the statements and found that for the same product, i have been charged twice through two loan nos - 4100cd37810163 and 4100cd47964934. The latter being the actual.
      Please suggest what needs to be done.

        Hi,
        I bought a Ac through bajaj finance. I missed some of the emi payment but made the payment through bajaj online payment option on their website. Now that the loan is completely cleared. I have recieved a legal notice for emi payment of 7, 230 for VAS services.
        On checking the loan account number 4010VS78712508 which i recieved on the message. I notice that for a loan amount of 3231, I have an overdue of 7, 230.

        My name is Manish Kohli,
        I want to apprise you that I have applied a personal loan request of Rs 80000 Agreement (account) number 401PST56957353 in page no.1 of attachment and that was approved with rate of interest mentioned was 33%. And page number five of attachment shows that rate should be between 12% to 14% as per advertisement. Amount disbursed on 29th October, 2017. Details are as follows which are introduced to me before loan approval by your officials.
        Loan amount requested: Rs.80000
        Principal made by you:Rs.81594
        Amount disbursed: Rs.72595
        Interest rate offered by you at the time of loan request: Rs.14% to 16%
        Loan will be a flexi loan and second loan of my mobile will not be clubbed with this personal loan.
        My first problem is that after the approval of loan I got 72595 Rs. as disbursed amount and increased my principal amount from 80000 Rs to 81594 Rs. Your agent also told me that this loan is a flexi loan and rate of interest mentioned by him was 14% to 16%. You have charged nearly Rs. 7505 as file charge and convenience fee. I want to know how it comes to Rs.7505. Is your convenience and file charges are Rs.7505 for this loan is correct? If yes then how? And How this loan amount of Rs.80000 shown in page no.4 of attachment converted to Rs.98367 shown in page no.1 of attachment?
        Secondly, you are charging interest rate of 33%. Shown in page number one of attachment. How can you charge this interest rate without any notice given to me. This is completely deception.
        2. When I applied for this personal loan before that I had also purchased a vivo mobile V7 + phone on loan from your company on 30th September, 2017, having account no. 401DPF52287981 which is interest free which is shown in page number three of attachment of Rs. 21992. Down payment done was Rs.5498 that is two EMI, shown in page number 2 of attachment as well as in page number 3 of attachment in advance EMI total EMI was eight, remaining EMI payment is as follows 2749*6=Rs.16494, Down payment plus EMI= 5498+16494=21992 Rs. Tenure of EMI was from 5th November, 2017 to 5th June, 2018, which is interest free. Now you have added remaining Six EMIs amount of mobile i.e. Rs. 16494 with the amount of my personal loan and also convert EMI of that remaining Six EMI into 36 monthly EMI according to my personal loan and charging hefty interest rate of nearly 33% instead of 14% to 16%. As shown in your advertisement . How can you combine two loans in which one is personal loan having rate of interest and another is interest free mobile loan?
        Now your company is charging interest on my interest free loan of mobile loan which is shown in page number three of attachment.
        According to my personal loan, you have made 81594 Rs. Principal amount on my 80000 Rs. Loan request, in which interest is Rs.34841 which is shown in page number four of attachment total becomes 156240 Rs.
        After clubbing, my installment charges increased from 3234Rs. to Rs.4340. My installment should be Rs.3234. From page no. 4 you can see that principal OS is 81594 divide this into 36 installment i.e. 81594/36= Rs. 2266.5 and interest is shown is 34841 divide this by 36 it comes 34841/36= Rs. 968, now add this 2267+967= Rs.3234, and if you add my remaining mobile loan amount of Rs.16494 and divide by 36 it comes about Rs.458, and the total of two loan installments will become Rs.3692 and now your are charging Rs.4340, means you are taking interest on my mobile phone loan which is an interest free loan which is shown in page number three of attachment.
        This is completely a fraud. How can you club my two different type of loans without taking my assent?
        You are requested to kindly make a possible solution to my problem as early as possible. I cannot tolerate this harassment anymore as your customer care number is always unresponsive and unreachable, I had also visited at your outlet at Central Market Delhi to complete my one loan of mobile for paying rest full amount but they rejected my request and they said that your personal loan was approved only due to this mobile phone loan so you cannot pay this mobile phone amount individually at one time. Is this your policy or any condition?
        I purchased my phone on MRP but that was without interest as told by your employee Sh.Deepak.
        So, you are requested to kindly bifurcate my two different type of loans and adjust my EMI accordingly or make any other solution. Till date I have paid 10 installments upto 13th September, 2018 .
        One more request is that EMI deducted from my bank account is on 2nd of every month but I receive my salary on 10th of every month due to this I have to bounce charges many times. So, you are requested to kindly change the date of auto debit of EMI from 2nd day of every month to 10th day of every month. Otherwise I will have to go to my bank and have to stop this auto debit payment installments which you are debiting from my bank account as I am not in a position or able to pay bounce charges every month this is your responsibility to solve this problem.
        Kindly oblige me by giving a positive and befit reply of my problems as your customer care and customer outlet(Central Market, Delhi) are very unresponsive and also provide me your office number that is reachable and responsive at office timinigs.

          I have a flexi loan with bajaj finance. My emi is 15000 a month. Every month i miss the payment on the 2nd but by the 20th or max 25th of the same month i make the payment. I am doing this because i don't have a job for almost 2 years now. I have a medical condition because of which working is become difficult for me. Even after paying within 30 days i get harassment calls from bajaj because those guys want to achieve their targets and will harass by saying "we are sending people home and we will see how u don't pay when you get humiliated" i am not even delinquent 30 days then how am i being treated like someone who is maybe 90 days late on the payment. This is absolutely ridiculous.
          Due to technical error at Bajaj Fin my ECS was not processed. I was charged late fee. My account is in collection. People came to my home at night 8:30 to collect money. Kept calling for more than 20 times.

          Need to improve their way of handling this issue atleast when customer is not wrong

            This has reference to the phone calls received intimating calling from bajaj finance from mobile nos.[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] started from 05.06.2018 intimating me purchase life insurance policy of bajaj allianz life insurance of rs. 10 lakhs on which i will be granted mortgage loan of rs. 10 lakhs with a quarterly premium of rs. 25000.00 & told me to send my kyc documents, attached loan application form having bajaj allianz life insurance company ltd, having its pune address, my bank details.
            Further they intimated me to transfer the quarterly premium of rs. 25000.00 to the below mentioned bank account -

            But post transfer of the funds, sms received on my mobile saying funds have been credited to rima dhar/ kundan kumar, this transfer was done on 08062018.
            Later on they told me to pay gst, to clear cibil, accordingly below payments were made from my axis bank account to the above account as follows :

            1) 12.06.2018 rs. 9505.00 towards gst
            2) 12.06.2018 rs. 9505.00 towards gst
            3) 14.06.2018 rs. 22505.00 towards gst
            4) 14.07.2018 rs. 15005.00 approval amount

            Total amount paid so far is rs. 96525.00

            The entire cover session on phone was done by supriya who make me believe on this by sending copy of pan no. Dlnps8740g - supriya sarang & sonali lad pan no. Auypm4677m & below is the address they intimated:

            2nd flooe, sco 57, sector 03, prestine mall,
            Faridabad, haryana - 121001.

            The entire transaction was done basis faith am having on the name bajaj. Have sent letter dated 01.10.2018 to mr. Uddalak chatterjee - head of customer experience, mr. Indrajit dutta, head grivance management of bajaj alliance & bajaj finance marking a copy fo insurance ombudsman, chandigarh who transferred the case to pune region, the manager, allahabad bank, & indian overseas bank of the respective branches, but so far not heard from them.

            Request you to look into the matter & help me to get back my hard earned money with interest thereof at the earliest.

              Even after paying my delayed emi with fine i keep getting a call from [protected] harassing me for paying up. The first word coming out of his mouth are obscenities and he is threatening to do physical harm.

              I have no idea why bajaj finserv have employed such bullies in their organisation. I am deeply regretting now to have taken loan from bajaj finserv.

                I have never applied for loan or any of the facilities that bajaj finance provides. Still they somehow got my mobile number and started calling me. I getting a call daily and sometimes more than 2 times a day.
                Even after requesting many times, they don't stop calling.
                Are they dumb or what.

                  We have bought extended Warranty Policy # OG[protected] of our LG Side by Side fridge through Vijay Sales at Bajaj Finance. There were no terms & conditions being clarified about paying extra for Loading, Unloading or Transportation if Fridge to LG Service center. Moreover, we were also not informed that bill will not be paid directly by Bajaj Finance to LG Service centre, Bajaj Finance can only reimburse the bill and we have to pay from our pocket to LG Service centre. We struggling to solve this matter with Customer Care department & Grievance Redressal department for past 2 months but they have no reply to this and have only one answer that if we want to fix our Refrigerator then we will have follow them. We are at there mercy after paying the hand sum amount for extending our Warranty.

                    One of your caller called and zaid to my mom katora lehkar bheeg maang.. And instead off apologising she said kuch nhi kar skte tum mera.. The issue was just a missunderstading off one instalment off just 1730 rupees.. She used very bad language. Her name is priyanka (Pranjal) i have the recordings to. The way she talked.. And 50 times a day we get called..

                      I am getting call from bajaj finance for personal loan since more than a year and every day getting 2-3 calls. After intimating so many time still getting call from different number all though blocked few number. Without taking loan getting harassed by them, i will have to go consumer court for such harassment if it is not stopped. These calls impacting my day sleep as working in night shift as well working hours also

                      Stop calling me.

                      I would request all the people not to take any loan from bajaj finance, if they are harassing me without taking loan, think about it what happens if you take loan from them
                      I have been charged for amount of 118 for month of Feb 2019... I have paid all charges for my card... Refund the money that has been debited on 15/02/2019...

But unfortunately my cell no. is not registered with you . Sir, please provide me my status and statement of loan with branch name.. My e-mail id [protected]@gmail.com and cell no. [protected] .LAN no. L2WNGL00872430... Actually this loan is shown in my cibil but I do not know how and why it is reflected in my cibil account .Kindly remove the same from my cibil so that my cibil does not get affected... I have complained so many times to the customer care through e-mails, but nobody bothers... My control no is [protected] and scanned documents are attached alongside...

                          Hi, i got a call from delhi officer saying pay the amount or else we will file a case against you.gave a number of so called advocate and he also threatened us and forced to pay the money.i asked bajaj finance for clarification after money transfer and they are saying blah blah amount.and said warranty amount is not paid.bt if warranty amount was not creadited then how did they change my tvs part withount amount?premium is 1088 n i paid 26000.i m going to file case against bajaj finance ppl for harrassing me

                            I am amritpal singh bajaj card holder of your finance company. Deduction of money without any information is totally meaningless. Money has been debited from my obc account (Transiction number is - [protected]) for ddr bajaj finance as annually charges, it is very painful to see that company like bajaj finance are deducting money from savings account without any kind of information or any consent. Many times i wentt to your office in ranjit avenue your attendant can not attend me properly. Her behaviour is not cooperative. So i dont want any service from you (Bajaj finance). Please stop deducting annual charges and stop my all services including my bajaj card as well.

                              Rs 1180 has been deducted from my sbi account for auto renewal of bajaj elite card (Blocked card) for which transaction reference no is p[protected] tr for ddr bajaj-auto, they have deducted this amount without sending any prior information/notification like sms or official mail.
                              When i contacted them they have told we will refund you money as as possible. I am communicating with them since january 19. By mail or call
                              The number which they have provided for elite card department, either are not reachable or nobody picking up call.

                              even i write mail to bajaj finserv .in reply they are just saying give us additional 2 days to resolve your query and we have already forwarded case to concern team to refund of 1180 but still my money has been not refunded

                                I wanted a Bajaj Personal Loan of 1 lac. I have applied for a personal loan and the sales representative Swathi has not informed me very clearly that i need to pay TDS, GST NOC Charges for 1 lac loan at bajaj. Every day they informed me that i need to pay 20k as TDS, 30 K as GST and 20 SGST to clear 1 lac loan. Today 12-Feb-19 they informed me to pay another 20 k as the loan sanctioned is 3 lac as per them. But i need to pay only 1 lac. This is just not believable. I think i lost my Rs 70, 000 by paying to bajaj for getting 1 lac loan amount. Please help in getting my paid money without any conditions immd,

                                  Sbi charge for failed mandate txnbajaj finance 295 *2 times... I was paid my loan payment on 4 days back. But they charged again 295rupees on yesterday... They even charge 1 week back same amount.. Kindly check about that.. Previously i was missed my loan date.. After i was paid with penlaty fees 4024 + 600 + 4624.. I received a confimation message about paying.. But yesterday they charged again..

                                    I have bought the ac in the month of april'18 and i have paid all charges required for the card formation
                                    On dated 11.02.2019 i have observed that the amount of rs 118 has been deducted from my account as mentioned above in the subject. I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid the additional amount for the charges of the emi card.

                                      D i dr srgahlote, md. Gahlot-hospital, beawar, bhim _rajsthan waiting for my due amount of rs 33043 from last many weeks, where it use to convey me by you that it will be done within 3-4 days-that 3-4 dayswill come when? You people use to charge for the single-day also, i have got 2 mail that it willbe done - app4-5 weeks but again simple mail again for 3days, but results ¬ asking to give me the interest of my amount.
