Bajaj Finance — Bajaj extended warranty | |||
On 31 August 2016, i log complaint to bajaj for issue with my spilt AC wall mounting bracket have been broken, So i log a complaint (OC[protected], After a week no one response so again i had call with tollfree extended warranty they had given me claim department number and ask me to call to them. After long Chase with claim department finally a technicians have visited and taken photo of spilt AC of broken part and he told us will update you on tommarow, after two days techician have call me and said that broken part will not cover under warranty.So I want know what is parts and service cover under extended warranty for my split AC. At time purchase of extended warranty, they convince us that they cover all parts.So now i think i got cheated. And service and call co- ordination is very very BAD.No one care or even responses.
