[Resolved] Bajaj Finance — Bajaj Finance not update their database | |||
I'm Rahul Kumar. My Contact Number is[protected], same is registered in Bajaj Finance. I took this EMI Card Last year when i bought one Sharp TV. Due to some reason I paid last installment 3 months late. I got the NOC. Now again I went to shop to purchase something Bajaj Finance guy told me "Your card is blocked even though you got the NOC", means they did not update their record. He send a request email, the NOC is attached with that email. It's almost a week still there is not any response from their side. I got few number to contact i was trying to reach Customer Care but every time busy, it's really very bad service i ever seen. Was this information helpful? | |||
