I'm Sandhya Rani Veeramachaneni requesting you to cancel my health insurance policy(I don't know my policy number also). They called to my Reg.Mobile No.[protected] & explained about policy, but I won't agree. You are deducting Rs.1154/- monthly from my account & I don't know the process to cancel my policy till now.I didn't receive any bond or document regarding this issue also & more over they are having fake address(That's not mine).So please I beg you to cancel my policy.Please refund my amount of Rs.3462/-.
