Bajaj Finance — Charged Money without my consent | |||||
Bajaj Finserv has deducted Rs 8334.00 from my account without my knowledge last month...on queries you say The amount will be refunded back. However i didn't received any.Every Friday I am calling stating the same and get an assurance that the amount will be refunded back in 4 working days.No i didn't received it till now. Its been a month. My SN number : SRN08617526 & SRN08257510 . Prashant from escallation team is a fraud as well...every time I got connected he disconnects me. I have received Baja EMI card on[protected], but I couldn't get pin number.
I tried through SMS to [protected] but they replied Greetings from BFL! We found mutiple records registered against this mobile number. Write to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in for more info.
