Bajaj Finance — charges debited while taking loan not informed

Inspite of several reminders and subsequent discussions over telephone by your chennai office staff below issues not sorted out till today. Already loan sanctioned is about a month and the following issues still pending at your end.


Your sales person sundresan approched for taking of loan in the month of march 2018 and after several times of discussion with him he said he
Will process the loan with 0 % processing fees and no other charges. After i have received loan i found the following amount charged to my account without information while applying loan.

I repetedly sending mails but no reponsed received from your end and requesting to refund of rs.18, 586/- immediately to close the issue.
