[Resolved]  Bajaj Finance — Collection executive agent harassment

Hello, sir, I am writing this letter with a feeling of guilty and ashamed
I had taken a two-wheeler LOAN from bajaj auto finance on 3/april /2021 my LOAN account number is L2WTRI08950320.on this LOAN I never make due till the last month,
But unfortunately this month I and my wife got admitted to the hospital with severe fever and get VERY COMPlicated, so this month (December) I Made a delay in EMI repayment amount 5778, and yesterday (23/12/24) a collection executive agent called me and I explain my condition and I agreed with him to repay the EMI on next month 1st without any delay, and he said ok with that.
Today (24/12/21) my mother called me crying and said one of the collection executive agents (he did not reveal his name) calls her and misbehave and harassed by words and make her scared, she is a heart patient taking medication from a cardiologist for heart block, and he also spoke with my father and the agent harassed him using swear words like ### and words that feel guilty, my father is 70 years old man and he is diabetic patient with a leg amputated on last 2 years back
And I called that number and ask him about this he also used the same manner to talk with me about making one month delay and when I asked for his employment id number he is refused and said he won't have an employment id number
And I said ill inform the police he tease me

I am very upset with his behaviour and feel guilty, if he threatens me like this I will never make this complaint, he insulted my parents they are aged people, and he represents the Bajaj auto finances
