My amount debited

Address: 1-80 nacharam uppal hydrabad

I have a no cost emi in bajaj fianace and the EMI deducted 2th of every month. In July 2022 I have sufficient balance in my Account at given EMI date But due to holidays bank didn't deducted EMI at same day. After that Bank of India deducted NACH RTN charges Rs 295 at 2th JULY. This was also happened in june Why Bank deducted these Charges while my account has sufficient balance both time....

Harassment

I have taken a phone from Bajaj in the month of November and due to sudden job loss I couldn't able to pay my emi and I have informed the Bajaj office manager Mr Anjitha who is the manager of Thrissur branch and he is shouting on the call by that time I was admitted in hospital because of accident and I informed them that once I recover from this I will search for a job the god grace iam ok now but the Bajaj person is sending wrong voice...

Fraudulent Deduction of high processing fees for home loan

BHFL fraudulenty charged me 2lakh processing fees under the guise of selling me a VAS Group Home Loan Insurance. Then they cleverly proceeded to club my actual processing fees of 6000 with the 2L so as to show the "processing fees" of 206000. Hence they sold me a free product and charged an exorbitant processing fees of 2L. They added them together by fooling me saying "They dont have a seperate line item for that 2L they taken for the insurance...

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I am getting unwanted calls from [protected] &[protected].

Also they are tired reaching my organization members asking for my details even though I have not taken any loan from them and neither I am guarantor to anyone.

Also they are giving false information against me to my organisation members and multiple people and trying to get my personal details.

They are mentally harrassing me and torchering by involving my professional members.
Multiple times I told them that I don't know the person they are talking about still they are harrassing me and involving my professional career in this.

Please take strict action against them and ask them to stop calling and my Organisational members as soon as possible.

    LOAN H404HLP0459432 asking 12000 as switching fee

    Hi they had committed below terms and conditions, but they had converted for last 3 months. But now they are asking 12000 plus for processing which is too much. Purposefully asking more charges to convert flexi to term loan.Please take necessary action on bajaji and reduce to 2100 as switching fee.

    SPAM calls for overdraft facility

    I'm getting calls from Bajaj Fianance on daily basis from different numbers for the same over draft facility for which I never asked for, never signed up for, never searched for.

    I had tried to register for DND with in Bajaj Finance but hard luck.

    Again today I've received a call from Bajaj Finance, Pitampura branch, Delhi from number +91-[protected].

    I have paid my Bajaj EMI's and left with 3 EMI's. I asked for settlement request since im unable to pay the emi's on time due to some financial crisis. A lady from [protected] started calling me continously and using foul language. i was already going through lot of mental stress and on top of it, this lady is harassing me like 100 times a day. this is strictly unethical and not at all acceptable. PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM AS ALOT OF PEOPLE LIKE ME ARE SUFFERING AND COMMITTING SUICIDES

        Rs. 590 has been deducted 15 times

        In march of 2019 a loan was taken from bajaj and purchased a phone on my mother's name. It was payable in 8 times later extended as 10 times instalment. It was fully paid in 2020 and the loan was closed.
        After 3 years, now from december 21st of 2023, Rs.590 has been debited by Bajaj Finance 15 times. Total amounted Rs.8850.

          I noticed a debit of Rs117 from my bank account paid to Bajaj finance decs. I have no due amount pending with Bajaj finance and so I would like immediate action to be taken to refund my money back to my account without fail.Please explain on what ground the payment has been debited from account.In future without my writing permission no further payments should process
