Bajaj Finance — Complaint Regarding Overcharging and Incorrect Loan Amount

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased a mobile phone from Jai Sachidanand Mobile Store, Delhi on 25/02/2026. The total price of the phone mentioned in the bill is ₹75, 000.

I made a down payment of ₹25, 500. Therefore, the loan amount should have been ₹49, 500. However, my loan has been created for ₹62, 000 through Bajaj Finance.

There is a difference of ₹12, 500, which has not been explained or mentioned in the bill. Also, no proper GST bill or breakdown of charges (insurance, fees, etc.) has been provided to me.

This appears to be an unfair and unauthorized charge.

I request you to:

Provide a clear breakdown of the extra ₹12, 500 charged.

Correct the loan amount if any error has been made.

Provide a proper GST invoice with full details.

If this issue is not resolved जल्द, I will be forced to escalate this matter to higher authorities and file a consumer complaint.

Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.
