I purchased a TV and took Bajaj Extended Warranty. From 29th Sept 2016 the TV is not working and I raised a complaint with the costumer care on 29th. After couple of days a technician visited and informed their is problem with the TV and he will come the next day and collect the TV for repair and get it done. No one has come till date I have spoken to your regional manager Malikarjun and he says today it will be done tomorrow it will be done. Nothing is done till date. You guys need to inform the costumers this is how your service is before providing the extended warranty and collecting the money from costumers. My LAN no is 404EWC09660612.
