Bajaj Finance — Denied to provide extended warranty | |||||
Hi sir my name is shiney biju, This is regarding i had purchased one product from bismi connect kottayam through bajaj finance on 1st January 2019 and in the same time taken extended warranty for 3 years one year product warranty +3 year extended warranty but now black dots are comes on the led screen so on 28 th July 2021 i registered service request with bajaj finance and in few days after one technician come and check the tv and he said its panel issue and they will replace the panel in one week after few weeks one letter come from ccp group india it says as per there policies i am not eligible for get the warranty then i contact bajaj store in my town and discuss the same and they ask they will report and resolve the issues soon but till time there no response reason for denay, the dots are comes on the tv because of voltage variations in my home like this but the thing is on the same time i purchase the tv i purchased one stabilizer also and mean time i am using lots of home appliances in my home there is no problem for those products till For replace the panel 70 percent of the tv cost when i enquired in locally day by day the dots are coming bigger and bigger kindly help me to replace the pannel otherwise refund the full amount of the tv kindly help me regarding the same Shiney biju My contact number [protected] Policie number ac2099068 Was this information helpful? | |||||
