Bajaj Finance — despite of promise i yet to get online loan disbursed in my account even after 15 hrs

Hi,

I discussed with your customer care executive yesterday & by 8 pm provided all the info asked about me. I also accepted the online agreement & sent to you. During the discussion customer care executive told me the loan will get disbursed in my account in next 2 hrs, but still i am awaiting for same even after 15 hrs. After the confirmation from your end, i have cancelled the loan process with another bank including my existing bank.

Based on your confirmation i have made some commitment aginst this loan for today.

Please look in teh matter & call back to me with updates asap.

Sir, as I have cancelled my order. I had paid through bajaj finance, but loan has not been cancelled yet. I have attached cancel order and refund status which was promised to me. I had mailed many time, but no response is been given. Don't make me go ahead to consumer court so solve my problem.

Every day i am getting phone calls, sms, recorded telephone calls requesting to take pre approved loan. I am not interested to take any loan from bajaj or any product of bajaj brand.
