Bajaj Finance — details not updated | |||
Hello, I have purchased a macbook from bajaj finders using my emi card. As this is my first loan from bajaj, Its been already 7-8 days still i haven't received any details of my loan on my email or in text, Also m not able to login in customer portal, as its showing invalid phone number or experia id (Mentioned at the back side of the emi card) Also not getting any revert from[protected], after sending plenty of keywords on[protected]. Called customer care, they said the details has not been updated in system and it will take 24 hours then after i called 4 5 times and got the same response. Now its over 7 8 days. Kindly do the needful, need customer portal access. Kindly provide the login details. Was this information helpful? | |||
