I applied for the emi card last week based on a promotional mgs i received. the 199 bucks have been taken from my account. There has been no update from you guys whatsoever, I am not able to get hold of any cust rep whom i can talk to. My cust id is 4489094, which your ivr refuses to recognise, but that is the number i get when i send the mgs.
Please tell me this is some kind of scam just to raise 200 rs from all ur custs and there is no such thing like an emi card and will stop bothering it and plan on suing the company.
