Bajaj Finance — EMI card blocking issue | |||
Someone from the bajaj finance department blocked my card and now they are not aware as how the card is blocked and who and how this is blocked. All they know that the card id blocked due to security reason and now they are not even sorting this out and reluctant to handle several complaints which I made. Synopsis of issues : I wish to make a complaint against your executive who dealt my latest request. I don"t know why he sent a negative feedback about me. I am leaving at the same address and they said they could not find my address. I am a very old customer of yours and you can see my transaction history also. The house is owned by us. We live at this address only. Your executive said he could not find the address. How is this possible that he could not find it? I get all my bank statements on this address. Finding not the address and not leaving on the property are two different things. How can he just send negative feedback about me if he was incompetent to find the address. Also before verification, I had proactively asked to call during a specific time so that I could attend their calls and he confirmed that I would get the verification call between 12:00pm to 2:00pm. But I received no call from them. During that time, I was in my office but I still tried to wait for their call untill 4:00pm but received no call. I went on a meeting after that and when I checked my phone after meeting than I saw your unprofessional verification guy tried to call me around 5:00pm. So, I tried to call him back and he very casually said that he has sent a negative feedback about me because I didn"t respond his call. Moreover, he also tried to visit to my address but he could not find my address which was a very silly answer and because he could not find it, he sent the negative feedback about me. Further, I told him that I am going to make a complaint to your higher authority about this because he has tried to ruin the relationship between me and Bajaj finance as there has been no such incidence in the past but because of these incompetency of him I have been treated as a fraud customer. As soon as I hung up the phone, in the next hour I got a message that my card is permanently blocked which was again a shocking news for me. It seems your executives in Kolkata have some mental problem and they are very unprofessional. I don"t what further false information they have updated in your system. This is a very mean act of behavior performed by your executive. It seems he has tried to take this personally.
