Bajaj Finance — emi card charges which I was not aware about

Hello bajaj finserv,

You have deducted rs.99/- two times from my account without any giving any intimation.
After raised complaint, you have only return rs.117/- as per below mail.
I want complete money back.
Fyi, 99+99 =198
I want complete money back. If you returned only 117 then arrange to pay 198-117=81.

I have tried called your grievanceredressal team at[protected] at 3.17 pm, but even after number of call, no one is picking the call.

Question to bajaj finserv
1) on what basis, you have deducted the money? That is my hard earned money, not to waste on stupid emi card.
