Bajaj Finance — emi false charging on cancelled transaction | |||
Due to the absence of a bajaj representative at the cash counter in the central outlet of goregaon, mumbai, several issues took place which lead to a transaction but no confirmation from the cash counter. We spoke to the representative on the call who asked us to wait till he cancels the transaction that took place and asked us to a transaction again. We shopped only once we are being charged twice for the emi now. I need immediate support before the next due date. Seriously disappointed with constant carelessness.
