Bajaj Finance — Unauthorised deduction from my bank account

Deductions of Rs 99/- on 23/11/2016 from my bank account for EMI card which I never possessed. My loan for AC bought at Anand Electronics, Govindpuri, New Delhi, was paid and last EMI was 04 April 2015. Loan acc no was[protected].
Please contact me and resolve the issue.
