Bajaj Finance — extended warranty agent not send my product in 3 month | |||||
This is Yesudoss from Chennai. Child certificate number is : OG[protected]-00808490. I was purchased Onida LED TV on 20th Feb 2016 and I have also one year external warranty in that. There was an issue in TV on Feb 13th 2018 and I was called customer care service for claim to get resolve the issue but there was getting delay on that. Finally I got call confirmation for get claim to resolve the issue. After confirmation from customer care service. They came and get my TV for repairing and also they asking for 500 rupees traveling charges. I asked them for bill in that, they are not providing any bill in that. After two days they called me and saying that your claim has denied. If we need to resolve the problem then we need 6000 rupees. I don't know why they are asking for us to pay for this issue even after we get an confirmation from the customer care service. and then i told to reedy for my tv i am paid the money.the service center owner is delay for my tv repairer work & then he is not attend my call for 10 days pl solve the problem is immediately Was this information helpful? | |||||
