Bajaj Finance — Fraud done by ahmedabad office staff

Dear sir,
I have not taken any loan from bajaj finance.
Though there was a phone call to me that i have taken a loan for washing machine.
When i denied they are telling me to pay the installment otherwise to spoil my cibil record

Now they are harassing me by giving me bulk sms.

Within 24 hours i have received more than 80 massage from company.

Should i go for cyber crime & mental harassment... Complain in cyber crime deppt...
