Bajaj Finance — fraud, spam and no option to call the customer care

From the last 5 months, I am complaining and calling Bajaj Customer Care but the call never gets connected and only it wastes time on the IVR and gets disconnected automatically. I requested for call back multiple times but I never received any call from them. One of the worst company I have ever seen in my life. Bajaj sends so many unnecessary promotional sms, whatsapp messages even after unsubscribing them. They always send sms for no reason to take a loan but they never connect with any customer for any support
