Bajaj Finance — I lost my emi card

Hi,
I'm from kerala, thrissur district i lost my emi card, please reissue one duplicate card. I last purchased in december 2016. 5th of last month was my last emi date. Now that loan is closed, and now i want purchase something. I[censored] don't mind please provide me the number of your thrissur office and please let me know the procedure to get a duplicate emi card.
