The bajaj finance is more than the robbers or cheaters as i made nearly 30 complaints through emails and through written complaints. But they are having a very tough skin so not responding for my mails and complaints. I made my payment of rs2995/- on 05/07/2016 through my credit card to my consumer durable loan 4680cd20878803 payment reference no. Gcmp[protected] bank ref no.930005 pr 1390. The customer grievance heads are also having a very strong head. So it is hereby informed to all if you are in the hands of bajaj finserv they will deceive us in all the ways. Oct 2, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Sir, I have taken Consumer durable Loan on 04/03/2016 on purchase of Hitachi Split Air conditioner. For this I pair Rs2995/- on 05/07/2016 for additional extended warranty .I paid the same through Experia Login Id through my credit card.But the company Bajaj Finserv has not considered this and not given either extended warranty or refund.I have provided .the receipt and bank statement, But the Bajaj Finserv is cheating me ignoring my complaints I made nearly 30.Request for immediate resolve. | |||
