Dear Sir/Madam,
(Consumer Forum / National Consumer Helpline / District Consumer Commission)
I am writing to file a formal consumer complaint against Bajaj Finserv / Bajaj Finance Limited regarding unauthorized EMI deductions, fraudulent loan activation under my identity, and negligence in investigation despite multiple escalations and submission of evidence.
Loan Account / Folio Number: Folio#[protected] (Bajaj Finance Limited L187844)
Unauthorized EMI Deductions:
2nd Dec 2025
2nd Jan 2026
2nd Feb 2026
Total Amount Deducted: ₹36, 754
Total loan amount : 1, 27, 000 (approx) from Bajaj finserv EMI card.
Previous Registered Mobile Number: [protected] (not with me)
Current Mobile Number: [protected]
Bank account detail :[protected]ICICI bank)
I discovered that multiple EMIs were deducted for loans I never applied for. Further, Bajaj Finance representatives informed me that four consumer loans worth more than ₹1.2 lakh were active under my profile—loans I did not authorize or know about.
I have already filed official complaints with law‑enforcement authorities:
✔ Cybercrime Portal Complaint Registered
(details enclosed in attachments)
✔ FIR/Police Complaint Filed at Bengaluru Police Station
(acknowledgement attached)
✔ Official Email From Airtel Confirming Mobile Number Ownership Change
Airtel has confirmed that the previously registered number [protected] is no longer assigned to me and has been issued to another person.
This clearly proves that any OTP‑based loan activation or EMI card renewal done using that number was not authorized by me.
Despite providing:
Bank statements o[censored]nauthorized deductions
Telecom operator confirmation
Police FIR & Cybercrime complaint details
My identity proof for verification
Bajaj Finance has not taken timely action to:
Reverse/refund the fraudulent EMI deductions
Freeze or cancel unauthorized loans
Update my registered mobile number (blocking my access to the portal)
Provide any detailed investigation report
Act against OTP‑based fraudulent loan activation due to outdated KYC
This delay is causing financial loss, mental stress, and risk of credit score damage, despite providing complete documentary proof.
