Bajaj Finance — loan ecs done by 4 times in a month and again done in next month

My loan number 4190cd36970586 first ecs bounce due to insufficient funds in a/c. But next 2 tow three days after again make ecs and in sep-17 month this happen 4 times.
Bajaj employees call me for pay due emi but i told that please make ecs through bank but they denied and told me that we don't make esc then i'm make payment through bajaj finserv payment getway and clear the emi but in my ac same day again make esc for this loan.
For one emi esc done by 5 times and charges debit from my a/c.
Is this possible that if first emi bounce then company make esc's many times for single emi.
Please resolve the issue and help to get refund the bank charges that debited from my ac.
