Bajaj Finance — loan emi not deducted

Dear Bajaj customer care,
I had taken cosumer Loan from bajaj finserv.my loan account no is4000cd69694470, my emi was scheduled on 02.10.2018. But amount not deducted still amount of 2234/- is in my account. As it was kindly clarify. What is the issue ? Is there any technical issue. Every month it used to get deducted on time. Last month got deducted on 03.10.18.
