Bajaj Finance Ltd. — Request a refund o[censored]ndue charges for foreclosure loan | |||||
I Subhashis Maiti taken a loan of Rs.173000.00 Agreement No. 4100PL03786556 Dated: 18.07 2014. That time they already deduct some amount for Insurance and service charges. Today I went to Rashbehari Avenue Branch of Bajaj Finance Ltd. and foreclosure of my loan a/c. They told me if I repay by cheque then 3 days extra interest will be charged. They asked me to pay Rs. 135662.00. I paid by cheque No. 160180 o[censored]BI Taratala branch. But they gave me two separate receipts one for "Loan Foreclosure" of Rs. 131433.00 and another one for "Ins payment"receipts without inform me for what a/c they had taken. If it is for insurance why every time I will pay for it. This is most unfair and kind of cheating. I am not interested for insurance so please return my hard earned money.
