Bajaj Finance — Misslead during loan process, earlier agreed to give ROI 9.45% but proceeded my loan with 13.45%

Dear Bajaj Finance Grievance Redressal Team,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a fraudulent experience I had with a representative from your team named [Prince] (Phone: [protected]).

The representative contacted me and offered a loan with a 9.75% Rate of Interest (ROI). He guided me to sign the e-consent on the official Bajaj Finance app. Although the e-agreement displayed an ROI of 13.40%, he explicitly instructed me to accept it, claiming that the final ROI would be updated to 9.75% in a subsequent confirmation email, which I would then need to "reply all" to confirm.

Based on these assurances, I accepted the e-agreement and proceeded with the application. However, since completing the process, the representative has blocked my calls and blocked me on WhatsApp.

I have attached the following evidence for your review:

- Call recordings
- A photograph of the representative
- Screenshots of our WhatsApp conversation

I request that you either honor the promised ROI of 9.75% as stated by your representative or immediately cancel my loan application.
