Bajaj Finance — Non acceptance of emi card

I am paras.C.Doshi, my emi card no.[protected].
I wish to state that i was informed at a store that my card is blocked. It's shocking as i have not use the card since long and also none of my emi has been returned unpaid.
Also i have not been informed about this blocking from any of your representative.
Should i know the reason of this blocking, as your organisation had made me ashamed at the reliance store were i had gone for purchasing consumer durables on emi's.
We hope you will respond at the earliest and let us know about the revival of the card.
