Bajaj Finance — Personal loan details not shared properly, customer care service also not connecting call properly

I need to talk immediately for my personal loan details, they are talking more than emi amount, starting they said 13.5% rate of inrest. Cuting emi 21. I need to details about this. I am trying to contact those customer care call center but my call are not connecting properly i am trying last one month. I am shooting maills also call back request. Still i didnt get any calls.

Cheating... Here. Dont take any loan here

An amount of Rs. 99 is deducted through ECS from my savings account of HDFC without any information.I don't have any outstanding amount with this company.
Although I dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction.
