[Resolved] Bajaj Finance — Personal Loan drawdown amount not received in my bank account | |||
Hello Team, I don't know why your customer care number are not working, I tried it more than 100 times from last two weeks giving me a message "all route are busy". I requested an drawdown amount of Rs 15, 000/- from my personal flexi loan account #425SPF07515712 to my HDFC bank account on 28th of June 2015. Process was completed even under experia portal SOA is also showing that you have received the Rs 15, 000/-, but in actually I didn't get that money in my HDFC bank account. I already requested to you on your [protected]@bajajfin email id 3 times but i did'nt get any valid replied from your team.
