Bajaj Finance — Personal OD Loan

I initiated a personal OD loan with Bajaj Finance. During processing, sales team said differently about interest rates, processing fees etc. and when I received loan approval mail from Bajaj Finance, I found that sales team misleaded me and gave me false information.
I immediately wrote to Bajaj Finance to cancel my loan. They denied and disbursed loan.
Bajaj Fiance not even inform me anything about annual maintenance charge, foreclosure charge etc.
I do not want to avail myself of this loan where there is no transparency and false confirmation made to the customer.
Please take immediate action and help me out to get rid of these circumstances.
